We didn't get the room we booked that required 2 large beds. However, the given room was quite large, so that wasn't a big problem. What was problematic was the carpet floor and the feather bed cover. My wife has asthma and doesn't sleep well. When we checked out, the guy at the reception wanted to make us pay again we had already booked and paid online and it took more than 5 minutes to convince him we had already paid in an awkward situation.

I highly recommend this hotel to people who want to spend time in winterthur surroundings.

I highly recommend it. We arrived on business for two days and booked a room at this hotel. On arrival, it was obvious that we would be made to feel very welcomed here by the Nepalese owners, they cannot do enough for you. The hotel is new and has an excellent appearance, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and the service is perfect. Great parking is available, and if I have any complaints, they could change the pillows for the beds. Will surely come back here.

The location was very strategic, close to the freeway. The best part is the good cleanliness, modern design and modern bathroom facilities.
