We loved our stay at L'Approdo di Sant'Agostino and would stay again! Stefano was so kind, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to the hotel to the day we left. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, very close to the ferries and to the city center. We LOVED our stay and wish we would have stayed longer. I 100% recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality Stefano!!

We stayed at Stefano’s flat and appreciated Stefano meeting us upon our arrival. He explained Como in a nutshell and gave us a few ideas for meals, shopping etc. The flat is spacious and has a large bathroom with great pressure and hot water. The flat is situated in an ideal location with easy access to the restaurants, shopping and ferry services. Also a 2 minute walk to the railway station. We recommend booking this flat and will again upon our return.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for our honeymoon. We have stayed at multiple places throughout Europe for this trip an this room was our absolute favorite! Great location, beautiful place, and Stefano made sure we felt at home! Highly recommend!

Utroligt dejligt og imødekommende værtsskab. Værten Stefano var både serviceminded og hjælpsom. Centralt beliggende og tæt på tog- og færgestation, butikker og restauranter. Rent og stort værelse med et lækkert badeværelse med både badekar og brusekabine. Vores værelse (nr. 1) var med udsigt til søen, og det gav derfor ekstra bonus til vores ophold. Vi kan klart anbefale L'Approdo di Sant'Agostino.

Very nice location and right on the dock. 2minute walk from the como lago station. The room was big and the place was very clean. We were given suggestions on some good spot to eat. The owner was very responsive. Just one little thing that can be improved was the bed mattress. The second night I woke up with a back pain. The mattress was too soft for my liking. Other than that I would highly recommend the place to all for your visit to lake Como.

This is an excellent apartment with a good partial view of the lake. It’s a most attractive room and bathroom and very spacious and well appointed. It is very convenient for a large number of restaurants along the lake as well as the ferry dock. The cathedral and rest of the centre are just a few moments walk away and the station is no more than 20 minutes walk. Can highly recommend.

Check in is easy with clear instructions from Stafano a few days before check in. Stefano will greet you at the door with the introductions of the property. Hotel is near the ferry ticket counter and there are many reaturants and shops around it. 1min walk to the lake to enjoy the sunset.

Great location on Como. Stay here. Near the train station, bus station, as well as the ferry pier, i.e., each within a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Huge room, huge bathroom. Everything works well. Hot water, heater, comfortable bed. Owner Stefano is there to greet you as you check in, and will provide any info or help as required. If you’re staying, and like eating meat, try the Il Mannarino Como restaurant. :)

Right on the water and surrounded by restaurants, most everything worth seeing is short walks away. A small convenience store and pharmacy is a two minute walk.. 3 min walk from Como Lago train station. Responding quickly to request.

This place was full on Italian charm! Stefano was our host and made us feel welcomed right away. The room was spacious, and felt like home. The location was wonderful, right on the water, with many food options all within walking distance. We really enjoyed village hopping on the ferry and wandering around enjoying the Italian neighborhoods and architecture.
