Can't go wrong! Delightful staff, well finished and maintained modern rooms, great location. Very accommodating of kids. Hammam and sauna are fantastic. Breakfast in the garden on a summer morning was a treat.

This travelers haven is by far one of the best we've stayed at. It's new and modern with every amenity you could ask for. Our included breakfast in our room was fabulous and we felt like royalty. So easy to ask questions about not only our stay, but the surrounding area on what to do and places to eat. It's extremely quiet and the view of the canal is stunning. It was everything you could ask for and more. The Turkish bath was incredible. On our way to our next destination, they brought us to their sister hotel where we were taken privately to the Venice train station. Don't pass this paradise by, make your next Venice reservation here!

Super gelegen. Nahe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, nahe von Biennale und trotzdem nicht um total überlaufene Gegend.

We started our dream 2 week trip to Italy at this property and enjoyed our stay so much. Despite not getting our luggage for 2 days, Franco, John and Paola took amazing care of us and helped us with fantastic directions, recommendations, reservations, and more. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. With no clear idea of what to do next, we called the hotel, and thankfully, they were very accommodating. We took a private water taxi to reach the hotel. A tip for future visitors: travel with smaller bags. Navigating Venice with large suitcases is extremely difficult, especially over bridges and cobblestone paths. While the private taxi was convenient, it was quite expensive, other public boat transportation options are much more affordable. Our hotel turned out to be a part of another nearby hotel, where we had to check in and collect the keys before walking to our room. The room itself was absolutely stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and offering a lovely view of the canals. Be prepared to walk up some stairs, but it’s worth it for the charm and comfort. The staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Despite the initial challenges, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return to this hotel again!

As part of a longer trip this was perhaps our favourite place that we stayed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact they saved us an arduous walk when we checked out by highlighting the vaporetto route that could get us to where we needed to go (sadly I cannot remember the name of the staff member who told us, but thank you!). The room itself was very comfortable, with the bed being a particular highlight. I also cannot say enough about the shower. The breakfast delivered to the room was also fantastic and we were disappointed to miss it one day because of an early check out. The only downside was some noise from the street as some cleaning was being done one morning, while that isn't the fault of the property it's something to be wary of. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Venice.
