In order to make your stay unforgettable and as smooth as possible, please, check out and follow the listed below rules:
Once you have booked the apartment you should receive the OTA booking confirmation email. After that, in max 2 hours, you’ll also receive an email from the Hostmate team. So please check your inbox and follow the instructions.
Check-in: your check-in, meant as guests information, will be entirely online and in advance; please notice that, as required by the local law, the registration of the guests is a must. During the process you will be asked to fulfill the form with your valid ID information. You will also asked to pay for the city tax, the cost is 3€ per person per night (people under the age of 18YO and residents musn’t pay).
You can collect the keys at Hostmate office from 9.30am to 6.30pm. The apartment will be available from 3pm.
Late check-in: if your arrival will be after 6.30pm, we need to schedule an appointment to welcome you directly to the apartment, the cost of the late check- in service is 20€ from 6.30pm to 9pm, 40€ from 9pm to 00am, to pay at your arrival to the person who welcome you.
During the process don’t forget to communicate your arrival time at the airport/railway station and your estimated arrival time in the city, based on that we will give you all the needed infos on how and where to collect the keys. Keep us updated about ANY DELAYS😊
Check-in at the apartment: if you'd prefer to collect the keys at the apartment instead of collecting them from Hostmate’s office, you can ask and pay for it during the check-in process mentioned before. The cost of the service is 15€ *VAT included (this cost is included in case of late check-in).
Please treat the apartment as if it’s yours. The house and every item in it should be returned in the exact same condition they were the day of your arrival. In case of any damage, the cost of the item or the repair will be charged to the guest.
Don’t lose your keys or ruin the lock.
The house is available for long term rental (over 30 nights), in this case a rental contract has to be signed and registered. To do so, the Hostmate team will need the following documents:
ID or passport
Codice fiscale
Your home address
For the stays to max 30 nights the contract is not required, just the registration of the guests

Ciao! Grazie per aver considerato il mio appartamento per il tuo soggiorno, non vedo l’ora di ospitarti. Per rendere il tuo soggiorno indimenticabile e il più agibile possibile ti chiedo di seguire alcune semplici regole che trovi qui sotto:
A prenotazione confermata riceverai una email dal portale di prenotazione. Entro 2 ore riceverai invece una email dal Team di Hostmate contenente delle semplici istruzioni da seguire.
Check-in: la comunicazione delle tue informazioni come ospite avverrà totalmente online e in anticipo; la registrazione degli ospiti è obbligatoria per legge e sarà richiesto di compilare i moduli online con un documento di identità valido, per ciascun ospite soggiornante. Durante il check-in online ti sarà chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno, sono 3€ a persona per notte (minori e residenti a Milano non sono soggetti a pagamento).
Puoi ritirare le chiavi presso l’ufficio Hostmate dalle 9.30 alle 18.30. L’appartamento sarà disponibile dalle 15.
Late check-in: in caso di arrivo dopo le 18.30 sarà necessario concordare con Hostmate un appuntamento direttamente all'appartamento e verranno applicate le tariffe del late check-in (dalle 18.30 alle 21 - 20€; dalle 21 alle 00.00 - 40€), da saldare in loco.
Durante il processo di compilazione indica il tuo orario di arrivo in Stazione/Aeroporto e un orario stimato per l’arrivo in Città. Hostamate ti darà poi maggiori informazioni su modalità e luogo di ritiro delle chiavi. Per favore tienici aggiornati su ogni tipo di ritardo così da poter organizzarci :)
Se preferisci invece ritirare le chiavi all’appartamento (invece che presso l’ufficio Hostmate) il costo del servizio è di 15€ *IVA inclusa (questo costo è incluso in caso di late check-in), da pagare durante il processo check-in online sopra citato.
Prenditi cura della casa come se fosse tua; tutti gli articoli al suo interno devono essere restituiti nelle stesse condizioni in cui si trovavano il giorno del tuo arrivo. In caso di danni, il costo dell'articolo o della riparazione sarà a tuo carico.
Non perdere le tue chiavi o danneggiare la serratura.
L’appartamento è disponibile per affitti a lungo termine (oltre le 30 notti). In questo caso sarà necessario firmare e registrare un contratto d’affitto, per questo Hostmate avrà bisogno di:
Documento di Identità valido
Codice fiscale
Indirizzo di residenza
Per soggiorni inferiori alle 30 notti non è necessario alcun contratto, ma rimane obbligatoria la registrazione degli ospiti soggiornanti.
