The manager, Claudia is very qualified, a polyglot, and a French-trained chef who knows the area intimately. We recommend this place to you who are looking for a comfortable place to stay.

In the heart of the city, it is strategically located. It is in a poor to middle class area, which makes us more interesting. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good and the host was helpful. The interior design is also interesting.

It was a pleasure and well worth the effort. Your staff is your treasure. I appreciate you claudia for personalizedizing our visit and making it the best ever. Our twelve-member family appreciated and enjoyed your care for us all. On our first night, claudia arranged for a selection of appetizers in the wine grotto that had been handcrafted with new ingredients that we couldn't stop talking about. Ask her about it. It was well worth it and an unforgettable experience. Every morning a wonderful breakfast buffet was provided for everyone in the hotel. Coffee, fresh pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruits and juices, jelly, and of course Nutella. Claudia was always able to help when we asked for local information. The hotel is a hidden gem in ancient sciatica. You should park somewhere else and move your baggage on the walkways to the hotel. That being said, you are a short and valuable distance from the city center and the piazza. Our rooms were always clean and cool. This was our second stay at al more and will return.

I would definitely return and recommend staying here 100 percent. Claudia was very friendly and prepared the most perfect snacks paired with beautiful wine set in a lovely wine cave. She was able to arrange dinner reservations for us near by which was a good choice! Our apartment was ideal for our family of 6 and the entire place has amazing and slightly bohemian charm. Everything was very clean.
