I stayed at this accommodation for three nights with my family. The hotel is fantastic, with wonderful and helpful personnel, well-kept amenities, spotless and clean rooms, 24-hour hot water, and a comfortable environment. The staff is excellent and supportive, the accommodations and meals for drivers are the biggest problems that need to be seriously examined. Driving is a hell of a burden because they are not provided with a sleeping area, and sleeping in a vehicle in subzero temperatures is impossible. As they care about our safety on rough roads, we want our drivers to be clean and up the following morning, but we didn't mind paying for the same if such amenities are provided. There are numerous hotels that charge little and provide a dormitory, washrooms, and meals for the drivers, but I do not mind paying for them in case they are provided. For the tourists' safety, I would advise hotel management to thoroughly look into such options. Otherwise, the hotel is worthwhile to stay for a couple of nights.

I booked this hotel for two nights twelve days earlier and on the next day I reserved a penthouse. I arrived at the property, My Ravi go insisted on paying the remaining money. 1 when I requested to check in into my deluxe room. They provided me with a three-star room on the property next to them. The following day, my booking went to a penthouse in the main building. I got it most expensive prestigious three early in the morning there, when I had to take fresh. water did not enter the washroom until 6 am until I checked out. Hot water is not on the property. The food is pathetic 6 pictures on the website are phony. 7 rooms inside and outside are fake. No competent staff. 9 My. Anmol Kapoor, who is the nephew of My. Kapoor's leaseed property, both are false cheaters. 10 My. Ravi gone of the property is a very rude person. Along with my. Kapoor 11, it has been a predominantly terrible experience for me. Please do not throw your money into this property. 13 I will grade it as lower room service 1 food 1 value for money, a distance from Mall Road 1 am no drop-off location. Keep in mind that it is ultimately the most pathetic property in Nainital when you book it

I have a good experience at this place. This place is very nice with excellent and supportive staff, well-maintained facilities, neat and clean rooms, 24/7 hot water supply, and comfortable. The location is supposed to be lake-front, but the hotel Common Passage is far from the lake, and you can see the lake from the hotel's walkway. The food is really good, and I can enjoy the variety of breakfast. The main problem that needs to be considered seriously is the accommodation and food for the drivers. They are not provided with a sleeping area, and spending the night in a car at subzero temperature is a struggle. We want our drivers to be fresh and fine the next morning, as they take care of our safety on hilly roads, but unfortunately that consideration was completely overlooked. Many hotels charge a small fee to provide dormitory, washrooms and food for the drivers, and we don't mind paying for the same if such facilities are available. If the hotel administration wants to take that decision seriously, I advise it to the hotel management to take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of tourists. Otherwise, the hotel is worth spending a few nights there.

I reserved a 2-night stay at this hotel 12 days earlier, an est night for a super deluxe suite, and the next day, a penthouse. I entered the property and asked for check-in for my super deluxe room. They gave me the 3-star hotel on the property next to them. My booking was made the next day in a penthouse into the main building. It cost the highest of the reputed three early in the morning there, when I had to take fresh. The kitchen is awful, 6 images on the website are false, 7 rooms inside and out are deceptively decorated. No staff at all proficient. Nineteen-year-old My. Anmol Kapoor, the nephew of my. Kapoor, who owns the leased property, are both deceptive cheaters. Ten my. Ravi leave of the property is a very nasty person. Along with my. Kapoor 11 it's my worst experience in general. Please do not put your money into this property. I will rate it below room service, food, value for money, a distance from Mall Road and an early morning drop-off facility. Always keep in mind that it is the most terrible rental property in Nepal, even if you make a reservation, you have to consider putting your money at risk of losing your money if you don't want to. Thank you.
