Loved the quaint and quiet atmosphere of the property. The staff were caring and considerate. Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the terrace we had for half of or stay.

Beautiful hotel, great location. It was easy to access from water taxi, with few minute walk. There are some stairs during the walk to hotel and up to hotel. Staff was friendly. We were able to leave our suitcases before check-in and out which was nice to allow us to maximize our time there. Small bathroom, but good water pressure. Our room was behind a door of reception, and was able to hear phone ringing and staff talking at times, but nothing too loud. We enjoyed breakfast as well. We would stay again.

We loved this cute little place. It’s very centrally located. Only 4 min walk from the Sant Angelo vaparetto stop which offers boat rides to and from the San Marco airport and trips along grand canal and Murano. Only 12 minute walk to Rialto bridge and 15 min walk to St. Mark square. It’s nicely tucked away from the high traffic areas so it’s nice to have a quiet place to retreat to after a full day. It seems to be family owned and the staff are very kind and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. If you want to feel like a true Venetian then this is the place for you.

super hyggeligt lille hotel, med god stemning og venligt personale. Rummet er meget småt og det værelse vi fik kiggede lige ud i facaden på nabohuset. Vi manglede en minibar, men personalet var super hjælpsom til at køle lidt drikke ned for os. Meget hyggeligt sted centralt i Venedi, Kan anbefales

What a quaint little beautiful place this was. The staff was extremely helpful. The second day my friend and I were there, I had a heart attack and the staff went into actionvery quickly, and gave my friend all the resources needed to get me to the hospital immediately, which I’m extremely thankful for. My friend continued to stay there for the rest of the week while I am in the hospital right now. They keep asking her if I need anything. They’ve been the most helpful, kind, giving hosts who have gone way out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you, Anthony and Loretta and Luca for all your help. I love this little Hotel.

in the heart of Venice, it is very accessible to a lot of attraction. one of the Gondola pier is just around the corner! It can get noisy in the evening but very quite at night and morning. breakfast was pretty good.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when asking for recommendations. Breakfast outside was the perfect way to start the day. If I come back to Venice I’ll definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night however I would’ve liked to have stayed longer. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and helped us choose a place for dinner as well as find tickets for the water taxi back to the airport. The rooms were very clean and a breakfast was offered with the room however we had to leave very early for our plane so we didn’t get a chance to experience their breakfast food. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the Venice area.
