The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the bathroom with a large window and a balcony. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The were allowed to check in earlier. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The breakfast was good but not great (that was OK for us). The service was great. It is ~20 min walking distance to the center of Sorrento and Marina port and 5 min to the train station (if case you plane to visit Pompei and Vesuvius).

We had a lovely stay! Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rooftop bar was spectacular. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 30 minute walk to Sorrento City center.

We had a lovely stay at the Majestic Palace. The location is great, just outside Sorrento and only a short 5-10minute walk to the nearest train station (train into Sorrento only €1.50 each). The amenities are excellent; including a dine in restaurant (as well as a separate Michelin star dining area), rooftop bar garden area out back and poll area at the front. The pool area out the front is a good size, which (weather permitting) gets the sun for a good 12 hours. The staff are excellent and always happy to help. Our room was situated to the back of the hotel and came with a balcony area with table and chairs, overlooking the garden which was a beautiful view. Highly recommended staying here.

Fantastic stay, a little quiet luxurious hotel close to Sorrento but far enough to be tranquil. Dinner at the Michelin star restaurant was excellent - couldn't ask for better

Looooooooveeeeed it!!! One of the best hotels in Italy!! We felt in love with this property and their staff!!! It was perfection!! We are really happy we stayed here!! Almost all staff was very welcoming and helpful. We used every single amenity in the hotel , we went to both restaurants and both were amazing , really good food, the Michelin star with only 5 tables restaurant was a beautiful experience, we went to the Roof top every night and every day to the dry martini bar that is the only one in Italy and every single time was fantastic ,they have a beautiful garden that makes you feel in fairytale; we had breakfast every day but it was the only off thing about the place, you can tell every single item in the buffet is super processed food , it was boring because every day is the same thing…. For sure packaged foods!! Also our room was really hot we could control the A/C so that was very uncomfortable for us. I would def recommend this hotel but make sure to go during spring…summer I wouldn’t recommend…if in spring was hot I don’t want to know how bad it could get in summer.

O hotel é excelente. Porém, fiquei hospedado no quarto andar, logo abaixo do rooftop onde funcionam o bar e o restaurante. Até por volta da meia-noite há bastante ruído de pessoas circulando, o que pode incomodar. Se possível, evite os quartos desse andar

This was our first time staying at the Majestic Palace hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. The feeling of the hotel is very relaxed, and it is truly a “destination hotel.” I would also highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant, Don Geppi, that is located in the hotel. We had dinner there on our final night in Italy, and it was an incredible experience!

We loved this beautiful hotel with a 1920’s vibe. Our beautiful room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains to the west, including Mt. Vesuvius. Behind the hotel was a beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees, exotic flowers, and cactus plants. The lobby and bar areas were beautifully appointed and had ornate, colored glass chandeliers. Our favorite area was the classy rooftop bar which was staffed with white-tuxedoed servers and bartenders who delivered wonderful service. Stunning sunset views added a special touch to the experience.

The staff were really nice! The hotel was quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Well located, 5 minute walk from a train station and buses to Sorrento only down the road. Beautiful view from the room balcony and a stunning view of Sorrento from the rooftop bar
