This hotel was beautiful! We had a garden view room and we could also see the sea. The rooftop dry martini bars view was amazing! Pool was very nice after a day of walking. All the staff were super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, scrambled eggs were odd (almost like they were made from a mix) but we found that to be the norm for Italy. Only complaint would be that when you went to the pool the same people seemed to reserve their loungers and leave for 2 plus hours to have lunch etc. very limited seating so not ideal.

The facility was gorgeous with old world charm. Nice large sinks and showers in the bathroom. The water was always nice and hot with excellent pressure. We loved the balconies. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was just ok. Wish the coffee was better. The rooftop bar was amazing. Incredible views and live music. Easy to get to Sorrento and Amalfi area.

Nice hotel, friendly and very attentive staff, it’s about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento. Food was excellent and room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable to stay in.

We loved staying at Majestic Palace!! It was nice to be a little outside of Sorrento and in the Sant'Agnello area -- it was not crowded or overrun at all, even in the middle of June. Majestic Palace was clean and beautiful -- our terrace view was to die for and we loved having a pool and restaurant on site, as well as being walking distance to cliff-side restaurants and an elevator down to an incredible beach club.

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the bathroom with a large window and a balcony. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The were allowed to check in earlier. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The breakfast was good but not great (that was OK for us). The service was great. It is ~20 min walking distance to the center of Sorrento and Marina port and 5 min to the train station (if case you plane to visit Pompei and Vesuvius).

We had a lovely stay! Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rooftop bar was spectacular. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 30 minute walk to Sorrento City center.

We had a lovely stay at the Majestic Palace. The location is great, just outside Sorrento and only a short 5-10minute walk to the nearest train station (train into Sorrento only €1.50 each). The amenities are excellent; including a dine in restaurant (as well as a separate Michelin star dining area), rooftop bar garden area out back and poll area at the front. The pool area out the front is a good size, which (weather permitting) gets the sun for a good 12 hours. The staff are excellent and always happy to help. Our room was situated to the back of the hotel and came with a balcony area with table and chairs, overlooking the garden which was a beautiful view. Highly recommended staying here.

Fantastic stay, a little quiet luxurious hotel close to Sorrento but far enough to be tranquil. Dinner at the Michelin star restaurant was excellent - couldn't ask for better

Looooooooveeeeed it!!! One of the best hotels in Italy!! We felt in love with this property and their staff!!! It was perfection!! We are really happy we stayed here!! Almost all staff was very welcoming and helpful. We used every single amenity in the hotel , we went to both restaurants and both were amazing , really good food, the Michelin star with only 5 tables restaurant was a beautiful experience, we went to the Roof top every night and every day to the dry martini bar that is the only one in Italy and every single time was fantastic ,they have a beautiful garden that makes you feel in fairytale; we had breakfast every day but it was the only off thing about the place, you can tell every single item in the buffet is super processed food , it was boring because every day is the same thing…. For sure packaged foods!! Also our room was really hot we could control the A/C so that was very uncomfortable for us. I would def recommend this hotel but make sure to go during spring…summer I wouldn’t recommend…if in spring was hot I don’t want to know how bad it could get in summer.
