Lovely and spotless apartment. Amazing bathroom with rain shower. We adore the red room, the location is perfect for us Pellegrino, and the owner is really friendly and helpful. He speaks English! Village center, bar, restaurant nearby.

We only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed our stay here. Although he doesn't speak English, the owner was very friendly. He does speak French, Italian, and Spanish. He said his son would be asked to help teach English. Our room was immaculate, large, and had a good wifi connection. There is a free parking spot on site. Breakfast was delicious with breads and pastries. Cafes, bars, and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly suggest it.

It's new, clean, and friendly. Parking is available in the yard. Point It Martin is a good starting point for exploring Costa and surrounding valleys. The breakfast was good and included. Wifi works well. Same as elsewhere in Italy, bring an Italian 3 pole to the local AC adapter to connect your laptop.

It was very nice to have a family on the staff. There is a nice little garden where you can relax. There is a common kitchen with a fridge and the possibility to cook small dishes. Breakfast was excellent. We were glad to have a room on the ground floor because it was very hot during our stay.

It's more than we anticipated, and when we called the owner that he wouldn't be back to let us in because he was not at home. He was incredibly helpful, recommending we go to the local tourist office to inquire about the type of restaurant we wanted and suggesting his own alternatives. He showed us the dining area and let us use the refrigerator to store the cheese we had previously bought to take home. He asked what breakfast we wanted, and when we asked for cheese and fresh tomatoes, we found out that after we left for the tourist office he went and bought cheese specifically for us as well as picking tomatoes from his own vegetable garden. The property had its own wing for the be rooms, and his gated property has a parking lot. The space was very roomy and modern, with a lovely bathroom. We had a high-quality breakfast out of the five accommodations on this journey, this was the most affordable option for us. If you need a car, I wholeheartedly suggest it. This was the best value for the money.
