We had come to this hotel knowing that it was newly reopened so we didn’t expect everything to be perfect yet. However - we had such an amazing time! The hotel was so stunning, gorgeous furniture, lovely music, huge pool, very friendly staff, and the most amazing view of the mountains and the sea. We had a really good experience. We didn’t use the gym or some of the other facilities because we spent a lot of time at various beaches nearby (great if you have a car - the hotel is close to some beautiful spots) but the breakfast was great, staff were lovely and overall experience was really nice. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would however definitely recommend a car to travel here.

Very nice place to relax and disconnect. beautiful landscapes and beaches nearby. Service is good. The staff super kind and with positive attitude to resolve any issue. Parking is an area for improvement.

Fresht hotell, men bærer preg av å være nyåpnet. Rommene var fine, og alt av eiendomsmasse var egentlig supert. Det som trekker ned er maten. Dårlig utvalg til frokost, og veldig slett buffet til middag. Ala carte restauranten var ikke åpen enda så da ble det for dårlig utvalg her. Bassenget supert og fungerte godt med drikke og servering ved poolen. Nydelig utsikt og deilig vind fra havet.

Nous séjournons présentement à cet hôtel qui vient de réouvrir la semaine dernière. Nous apprécions beaucoup l’emplacement. Nous sommes témoins d’un début un peu chaotique, il faut dire que l’hôtel est complet et que le staff n’a que quelques jours d’expérience. Nous constatons des améliorations à chaque jour. Le personnel est très courtois et souriant malgré qu’on les sens présentement débordés. Les chefs sont amicaux mais la nourriture au buffet est de base, surtout pour un prix de 40 euros par personne. La plage à proximité n’est actuellement pas agréable pour se baigner (beaucoup d’algues en surface, roches et plastiques dans l’eau) mais il y a des plages à proximité qui sont couper le souffle. Les barmen sont super cool. Valentina à la réception est toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients (elle est super efficace). Un barista au resto des déjeuners sera un bel ajout. Il est très agréable d’être près de la piscine, très bien surveillée, et bien entretenue. Il y a beaucoup de places pour s’installer (piscine et bar) et le mobilier est très beau et confortable. L’ajout de prises électriques dans la section lounge extérieur près du bar serait aussi un ajout intéressant. Pour la piscine, attention, 1 seule serviette, par client, par séjour, à moins de débourser 5 euros. Lits très confortables. Notre chambre (supérieure deluxe vue mer avec terrasse) est spacieuse et confortable. On recommande. Le staff devient plus familier de jour en jour :)

The staff seem inexperienced and gave conflicting information several times. We arrived at 2.30pm but was told check in can only be at 4pm. The room wasn't reaey until 4.20pm. When we were taken to the room the cleaner was still there. For a 4 star resort there is no entertainment whatsover. The staff were friendly and did their best but feel they should be better trained in the procedures of the establishment.

Only problem is that one of the waiters used homophobic slur to refer to my partner and me, in Italian, thinking I wouldn’t understand them, but I’m fluent. I tackled this directly with the individual who proceeded to gaslight me. Food (bad) - Sardinia is famous for its amazing food. You will find none of it in this hotel. Even the coffee is bad and that’s one of things Italians rarely get wrong. Breakfast buffet is generous, but the quality is mediocre. You come out of the hotel and go to the supermarket next door and you find real food and fruit. Rooms (okay) - We booked the top available room and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was right on top of the restaurant and the pool, so in the mornings and weekend nights it would be very noisy, with the chatter of people, and loud music until late. Location (great) - Ideal. Nothing to complain about that. Great beaches nearby (by car). Some facts that will help you decide whether this is the right place for you: - It’s family friendly so expect a lot of kids - as of July 2023, the property is still undergoing building works. - There is a tiny gym. Think hotel gym and then 3 times smaller than that

We loved the view from the hotel, but the overall location is a bit far away from all the Sardinian hotspots. Also we were pretty disappointed by the facilities since online (also on expedia) there is promotion regarding their gym (was still under construction), the yoga lessons (were being canceled), the tenniscourt (was in bad condition) and also the wellness wasn’t finished yet. We accepted to pay this price for the hotel in believe these facilities were ready, however now we feel like we paid way too much for what there was. Regarding the food: the breakfast was ok. The dinner is overpriced (40 a person excl. drinks) for a small dinner with old bread. We enjoyed Sardinia and we highly believe this hotel has potential but in order to be the 5 star hotel they believe to be online there has to change a lot.

It is a very nice and modern hotel where both the compound and the rooms very extremely nice. The staffer are trying their best to be helpful. However, the hotel is clearly understaffed which results in very slow service. It usually took 15-20 minutes to get coffee served in breakfast if you are lucky. Separately, there was a leakage from the air conditioner in the room, which unfortunately never got fixed. Believe it is a great location once these basic issues are sorted.
