Great location and the staff at reception were great. The Rooftop bar\Restaurant is worth it alone to stay there. Our only complaint would be the rooms are very small.

The hotel was very nice. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The heated towel rack was a plus. The rooftop terrace included a bar and restaurant with beautiful flowers and a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet was also on the rooftop. The staff quickly cleaned the tables, allowing for turnover. The hot food could be improved. When leaving the hotel you must leave your room key but we understand why they do this. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. The location had multiple restaurants near by.

The staff was very friendly. I stayed in a single room by myself. The room was clean and provided everything I needed. There is a restaurant on site which is a little pricey, I did not eat there. But the hotel is located in a good area and there a lot of other restaurants near by as well as shops.

As a solo traveler I found the room small but efficient but certainly not disability friendly. The room had recently been renovated so that was nice…especially the bathroom. However, the bathroom was tight leaving little room to maneuver. Now the bed…it was uncomfortable and needed a better mattress or a memory foam pillow top. Finally, the AC was surprisingly effective and had my doubts at first. The AC was off when I arrived and the room was very warm. The fan speed couldn’t be changed from low but it did cool the room and maintained the set temp. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. The hotel is in a quiet area, about 20min walk from many of the main attractions, and all the hustle and bustle. The roof top bar is a must, the food and drinks were excellent, and view was spectacular by day and night. We stayed in an inter-connecting family room which was perfect for our needs as a family of 4 with two children in their teens. Staff were great in helping with restaurant recommendations, ordering taxi's, giving directions, etc. Nothing was too much hassle. We had a fantastic stay.

Good location near lots of good restaurants. Not too far to walk to metro/train. Breakfast a particular delight and well worth the money with a pancake machine and fabulous view over the rooftops.

We had a great stay at Marcella. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful to us navigating the city. It is close to Roma Termini (if you are not afraid to walk) and many cafes and restaurants. The room we stayed at was clean and bed was comfortable.
