Easy check in. Parking is available but it is not right outside your door. Situated in the Castello district which is central to walk around and see the city and it's long history. Room was clean and comfortable. Luca was very responsive.

This is my second time staying here and it’s a good spot from which to visit the city. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of the main pedestrian areas and busier parts of the city but still in the historic center which I like. Luca, the host, is always quick to respond to questions and it is clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in the Castello region. Owner was very friendly giving clear instructions on check-in, so was simple on arrival. Very comfortable room and really useful to have kitchen facilities.

Great customer service and location. If you’re walking from town with luggage be prepared to go up a mountain. Beautiful view just a couple of clicks away.

Excellent stay! The place isn’t the cheapest around but it worked out perfectly for us, as we needed 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located very centrally in the old town, on the top of the hill, next to the Piazza de l’indépendanza. The apartment is nicely furnished but the best is the excellent service furnished by Luca who arrived to let us in and show us around, he is an excellent host. Thanks for everything: restaurant recommendation Sa Piola!, Turredda beach recommendation, both excellent! And most important, for letting us using the shower the afternoon/evening next day, as there were no booking for the following day - very much appreciated!

This was a great find! Excellent position in the historic center, free parking nearby during the day, and a large parking garage at night. Clean, lovely rooms, and a nice host. AC and wifi worked fine. One minute walk to the cathedral, an outdoor elevator to take you down the mountain!

This hotel is situated in the center of a medieval castle wall. From the front door, you can practically leap over a beautiful cathedral plaza and explore on foot from there. The owner, Luca, is extremely polite, and accommodating. He was there to make sure everything was in order whenever we needed it. Even though he doesn't live across town, he's only Whatsapp away. The room was really spacious for a medieval Sardinian location. Considering the room is spacious, you can have a private bathroom with showers, as well as an ac in each room. This property has a modern and recently refurbished home that is lovingly furnished with all the new features, such as wireless loss sound system in each room, which makes the sleep very comfortable. The location was fantastic for a medieval Sardinian location.

This hotel was not only modern but also in a wonderful location. The wifi is always working, the room and bathroom are large. A perfect choice for families and those traveling alone. I would definitely recommend this place!

Good location if you don’t mind climbing many hills and stairs to get to a good number of eating options. Great views. Room was fine, good shower/bath. Coffee machine and a wine fridge complete with bottles to purchase. Seems like a significant number of options nearby so would probably shop around a bit more if I return to Cagliari.
