After 12 years, I came back to ferrari and discovered this hotel, which opened in July 2018 after renovation. It's very beautiful, in the center of Ferrari, my room was three stories high. Nice and full breakfast, no extra charge. Very kind staff. I really recommend it.

A truly excellent hotel located a short distance from the town center. I was in a loft room, which has a bedroom on the top and a toilet on the bottom. The room was cleaned every day, and I stayed for two weeks, well, even on weekends. There was a choice of scrambled eggs for breakfast, but it was cold and microwaved! It tasted like rubber. So, it was after that experience that pastries were. There was plenty of space in the room, and it was very well set up. It was a very hot mind, making it difficult to sleep, and I had turned off the heating, but still the heat was coming in. The pillows were hard and not comfy. One night, there was a horrible disco in the middle of the hotel, a court yard. The room was vibrating, and it was so noisy, that you couldn't sleep. When I complained, the receptionist said that it was only one night she didn't appear to care. A simple caution or an apology, I don't know a free beer? Something to prove you valued the 900 I paid? Overall, it's a nice hotel and the staff was fantastic. Apart from the 2 ladies at the front desk, who felt a disco that kept you awake was fine! A Spanish guest was mad, but he lost nowhere. While on business, I spent one night at the Maxi, and I wont be back. The palace is lovely and in a fantastic location, particularly in the outdoor breakfast area, which is particularly satisfying in the warmer months. Sadly, such a lovely setting is inadequate to create a comfortable and relaxing experience. Because they are quite large, the rooms are oddly designed. The noise, which comes from the street outside but particularly from the employees inside, is the main issue. This made it impossible to get any sleep after 7:15 a. M. And hotel rooms must be kept quiet. In addition, the maxim perpetuates the incredibly irritating practices of numerous independent Italian hotels to insist on a very early checkout time, in their case, 10 am. Although this may be acceptable for a fourstar hotel that should adhere to international standards, I wouldnt.

The staff at the hotel strictly followed the couid protocol and at the reception were very helpful on all the days I was there. The breakfast was very delicious with a wide variety. It's only 100 m from the center of Ferrari and 400 m from a big castro.

This hotel was very bad and had a bad experience. At midnight it started with water running in the room above at midnight until halfhearted. The night staff investigated it and stopped the noise. The receptionist did not refer to it and made me feel unhappy. The location is in a decent location and the price is quite affordable. It is better to stay centrally.
