The location of the hotel is great. Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, and Colosseum are in 15 - 20 mins. walking distance. Above all, the Staff are very helpful and friendly!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure termini hotel in rome. The reception staff, especially mikael, were fantastic, friendly, and always smiling. They were always there to help me. The bar staff was also very pleasant. My room was clean and met merure hotels french standards. The towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily. The housekeeping staff was also excellent. Thank you very much to them. I had a really great stay. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting rome. The only minor downside i found was that i didnt see any daylight or sunlight during my 4day stay, which is why i gave it 3 stars. I chose a room on the other side of the road for a quiet stay, but i didnt expect my window to face another building, only 3 meters away. I tried to change rooms multiple times, but it was impossible as they were all occupied. But this didnt prevent me from having a great stay at this hotel. I will be back, but next time i will choose a street view. Thank you to the entire team, keep up the great work, the hotel and staff are great. However, it is important to inform guests during the booking process on the website that certain rooms may not have natural light. Given the location and the price paid, it can be disappointing. Here is the photo along with the comment.

Hotel Mercure Roma Centro Termini memiliki lokasi yang bagus untuk menjelajahi banyak tempat wisata Roma dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Metro dan beberapa jalur bus dapat ditemukan di sekitar hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant. It just needs a bit more attention to detail eg no soap dish, very dusty aircon unit, towel a bit threadbare. However we would definitely stay there again as the location is excellent and nothing was too much trouble for everyone working there.

Kamar: Tidak ada kopi di hari kedua, tidak ada handuk bersih, pintu geser tidak tetap tertutup, tidak ada saluran TV selain saluran Italia, tidak ada duvet cover. Minibar penuh tapi tidak ada harga. Saya bertanya pada saat kedatangan dan diberitahu bahwa mereka akan dibawa ke kamar saya. Saya masih menunggu. Staf lelah dan tidak siap. Lanjutkan, pasti ada yang lebih baik dengan harga ini. Kamarnya kecil banget dengan "pemandangan" interior bangunan dengan scaffolding di depannya. Harganya berlebihan dibandingkan kamar (160 EUR dengan pengurangan untuk kamar berukuran 4 m x 5 m). Handuk diganti setiap hari padahal tidak perlu (sangat ramah lingkungan Sebaliknya, dua kali lupa gulungan tisu toilet baru. Jadi tidak ada kertas di kamar mandi. Kami menerima email dari All Accord sebagai email reservasi dengan jumlah kamar yang sudah dibayar (hanya pajak yang masih harus dibayar) tetapi kamar belum dibayar sama sekali sehingga emailnya salah. Salah satu orang di resepsionis benar-benar tidak ramah. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman buruk di hotel ini.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan staf yang luar biasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil adalah kamar yang kedap suara dari luar yang tidak cukup efisien. Namun, pihak hotel tidak bisa berbuat banyak karena windows masih baru, lebih ke masalah instalasi. Kami sangat merekomendasikannya karena mungkin hanya menyangkut kamar kami!
