We loved our stay at mergellina. it was in a very good location. Close to the promenade and close to very good eating establishments. Mr. Onoracio was very funny and made us feel welcomed. Rosaria always had a smile when she made us cappuccino in the mornings. breakfast was a continental breakfast with cappuccino, cornetto, breads coffee, juice etc. will definitely stay here again!

A well priced hotel. I had a comfortable and large room - I slept well every night I was there. I’ve stayed here 3/4 times over the years and it’s perfectly placed for me. I run to Piazza Plebiscito and back again early. It’s cheap to get a taxi/uber into the centre and walking along the bay is beautiful at sunset.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mergellina. Great location, steps from public transportation, restaurants, the lungo mare. Very quiet hotel, no may rooms, quiet and wonderful staff. My only suggestion would be to have a better shower for space and water flow. I would strongly recommend Hotel Mergellina to anyone who wishes to spend a good time in Napoli and I will for sure go back there for my next trip.

Lovely hotel. We had a triple room, which was really big and beautifully decorated. Great welcome and wonderful breakfast. Perfectly located for getting around Naples. Mergellina station takes you straight to Naples central (which is walkable), Pompeii and Vesuvius. Highly recommended

Terrific location. Courteous and friendly staff, willing to go the extra mile to help. Room 22 was spotless, comfortable and quiet at night. Breakfast between 7 and 9 am. Will definitely go back. Btw, there is a great pizzeria nearby: 50 Kalo' (try the "margherita with bufala"): better than Da Michele's (and no mile-long queue to get in).

The location of this hotel is excellent, it is close to some good restaurants, the seafront is only a 30-minute stroll from the historical center. I can eat breakfast that is clean and satisfying for the price. It isn't a resort, it's just a simple hotel. I really enjoy my six days there.

I stayed 3 nights last week and the hotel staff made my stay fantastic. The good naples restaurant is at walking distance and I can have a haircut where a soccer player can go. What a treatment! Their recommendations for restaurants were all good, from Pasqualino for pizza to lsqualor for spaghetti voglio. I had a sea view in my bedroom in Capri. Ciao napalm!

I spent 3 nights last week at this hotel, and the staff was incredibly kind. The good Naples restaurant is within walking distance and I could have a haircut at the soccer player's cabin. What a treatment! Their restaurant suggestions ranged in quality, from Pasqualino's pizza to Lo Salomon's spaghetti voglio. I stayed in the Capri bedroom and got a sea view. Thank you, napalm!.

The location was good, and the place is nearby the harbor, the center, and the neighborhood's nice restaurants. I don't understand why this is called a resort. The taxi dropped me off in front of a building. The resort was shown only by a little advertisement. The door was opened after pressing the call button, but there was no indication of where to go. Simply climbed the stairs to the second level and walked inside the hallway. I was brought to the small reception area of these flats by a sliding door. So, it was flats in an apartment building. Nothing more, nothing less. The personnel was really pleasant. WIFI was okay but not so good in my room. Great view from the tiny balcony overlooking the harbor. The room was very spacious and the bed was perfect. Breakfast was small but decent. I really liked my time here in a relaxing atmosphere. I slept in the small breakfast area for two hours the following morning but that was no issue and I could drink as much coffee as I wanted.
