A little far from the center of Rome, but a nice place to stay!

As a part of a package deal on a mystery vacation in the uk, we were given this motel. Although basic, the motel is tidy and comfortable. All the staff members were incredibly helpful and welcoming. When we arrived, they gave us a map of Rome and pointed out the main attractions and the best transportation routes. Every morning, breakfast is delivered to your door at a time of your choice and a great way to start the day. The safe in the room has never been used during our stay, but ours has never been useful. The hotel is on the fourth level of a residential structure. I recommend climbing the stairs if you have any kind of lift anxiety! We had a great time, but we found the motel a bit remote. We would have chosen a hotel that was closer if we had chosen it ourselves. Although we don't mind walking into the attractions, it becomes somewhat exhausting to think about how you got home when you are out for dinner at night. We are young, fit, and fast walkers, so the treat fountain and the Spanish stairs took about 25 minutes to walk. Although checkout was at 12 in the evening, they left our luggage for us so we could enjoy our final day in Rome. We likely wouldn't choose this hotel once more if we were to come back, but we had a pleasant and pleasant experience there.

It was very difficult to locate the hotel when we arrived late in the evening. The huge wooden doors are not noticeable because it has a tiny little label on the wall. Perhaps a sign on the doors will go a long way? All the rooms were clean, but basic, and the staff was helpful. It took about 30 minutes to stroll to the treat fountain. A bus stop was nearby that took us directly to the Vatican. After a hard day of walking, I had to buy some earplugs because there is some sort of nightclub next door to the motel that plays music all night. The lift was also a learning experience by itself, lol! Besides that, it was adequate for the cost.

I enjoyed my stay overall. When I was looking for the hotel name, I couldnt find it. I appreciate the taxi driver who showed me the hotel name on the side of the door and pressed the button. The hotel was nice it has a great location and is close to many attractions, restaurants, and clinics for per or rapid tests. The elevator was one of the highlights of the hotel, and I had a difficult time praying before my first trip. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. You must make your breakfast reservation the day before because they will prepare it in your room. But the bed is quite firm. WiFi connection is fast.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay for a budget hotel. The hotel is in a decent spot. There are several restaurants and some bars close by. The Spanish steps are about a minute's walk away, and the hotel is also close to the Boho gardens and just a 1020 minute bus ride from other major sites in Rome. The hotel's employees were welcoming. When arriving, they provided a map of Rome and suggested some locations and the best route to get there. The room was clean and a decent size. Continental breakfast is delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. The only minor downside is that the rooms are not as soundproof as advertised.

I was very grateful to Mateo for all our requests and help. We also had the opportunity to meet the hotel's owner who was also very kind and helpful. The location is great for tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Good little hotel, but difficult to find, there was no sign but rather a buzzer as the building was shared with apartments. Did have a few issues such as cleaniness with sheets, finding blood on a pillow and some noise coming from other rooms.

The room a friend and I stayed in had very dry air. It also smelled a bit like mold. We woke up coughing and with dry mouths during the night and in the morning. We also got bedbugs during our stay.

It was difficult to find, with just a small sign and a buzzer to get in. The elevator was also problematic to say the least The pictures on Expedia don't match reality at all. I wouldn't even consider it a proper hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so l left immediately. When I requested a refund, they declined. I'll take the loss. My safety and peace of mind comes first.

Disgusting owner. I never got to check into this hotel. I had my travel documents stolen the night before my check in. I was only checking in as I had to remain in Rome to get new documents. I went around 11 to see in I could leave my bags. I had other ID including a European citizenship card which has my picture, my drivers licence which has my picture and a photocopy of my passport. She informed me that she needed my passport in hand. I explained my circumstances. She called the owner who told me to come back at check in and we would work something out. When I returned he refused to check me in even with all my additional ID. He kept telling me that it was the Italian law. The law states that you need government issued ID. Which I had. But he would only accept the passport in hand. When I asked for a refund since he was refusing my check in he said no. Its impossible. They even refused to give me his name. He literally put me out on the street with no where to go at that time. These people are dishonest and thieves. To take someone’s money, refuse service and then put a single women out on the street is absolutely disgusting. I contacted Expedia but they were no help either. Definitely would never recommend this hotel.
