This hotel is exceptional in every way. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional. The food was some of the best we have ever had in a hotel. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. A wonderful stay in the dolomites.

La vera forza dell’hotel è sicuramente il ristorante, assolutamente perfetto! Camere belle anche se con qualcosa da sistemare (eravamo nella suite e c’erano i materassi separati, abbiamo avuto un po’ di problemi con il riscaldamento) Personale gentile e disponibile, servizi e pulizia ottimi!!!

Being a frequent traveler, I must say: simply we were amazed - by friendliness of the hotel and all the stuff. Hotel has great spa and wellness center, nice free time lobby area and nice bar. Food is delicious. We will love to come to this place again!

The buffet breakfast and dinner were with lots of choices: lical butter, vegetables, cold cuts etc . Also you still have choices main courses . All n all food was good. The bedroom is nice and spacious but a bit too trafitional.

La strurttura nel complesso è molto bella, molto belli i locali adibiti a colazione/ristorante; il personale è attento, disponibile e mai invadente. Le saune, la piscina e gli spazi esterni molto curati. Alcune camere dovrebbero, però, essere "rinfrescate", mi riferisco, ad esempio, all'utiulizo della moquette; ma sono certo che provvederanno.

fantastico soggiorno staff molto gentile e professionale servizi inclusi top, si mangia benissimo e spesso (tipo crociera), aperitivo di benvenuto e tutti gli altri cibi e bevande di alta qualità. Spa e piscine iperlussuosa e pulita. Davvero difficile trovare un neo a questa struttura, l unica piccola incomprensione è stata che su hotels la camera spuntava come comera fumatori ma in realtà non lo era.

This was to be a luxury escape with nothing to do other than relax. That's exactly what we got, and we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful location with an atmosphere like this. The room was big and flawless, the staff was knowledgeable, polite and amazingly attentive, and the amenities left us wanting for nothing. What about the location? Simply breathtaking. This was our first visit to this fantastic place, and we were already talking about when we might be able to return!.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Service is great and the staff is very friendly. The food is on the highest level from breakfast to dinner. The spa area is very relaxing with professional therapists. Also in the winter ski area Plan de Coroner gives you the opportunity to active holidays. This is our third visit to Miracle and we will certainly come again.

For the winter and christmas holidays, we traveled to Mirabell. We intended to provide allfamily with ski lessons, but thanks to the excellent lodging choices, everything has become more. We have selected a ski school starting with ski on the advice of the hotel when making the reservation. The hotel offers daily shuttle services to and from Kronplatz, as well as excellent storage for skis and boots in basement in secure warm lockers. The hotel is a true star gem, still having a very friendly country vibe throughout, from the lobby to the bar, restaurant, and rooms because of the extensive use of wood. The common areas and rooms are very tidy, and despite the freezing cold outside, wearing a t-shirt inside is very comfortable. We have not utilized much of the wellness equipment, but whatever, we have utilized the indoor and outdoor pool with two jacuzzi areas, and the kids sauna and steam bath were fantastic and entertaining. After returning from skiing, the kids loved going from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool, but as it was fairly warm water, I adored the pool lounges, which both slope in either direction, making it much more comfortable after tough skiing workouts. It was very difficult to pick what to eat or what not to have everything seemed so excellent on the buffet last night. The kidss menu was excellent as well, but the pizza option was additional, especially since weve been in Italy

The good thing about this place is that it has so many friendly employees and the service, especially the food and facilities. The location is also strategic and close to the beautiful area. I also love walking, cycling and relaxing.

This isn’t a 5 star . Room very dated. No kettle for making any hot drinks. No air con. Furniture dated. Hairdryer old. Staff not that friendly overall. Have to pay for tap water with dinner Waitress forgot drinks then bought me the wrong one. Then I got charged for it no apology. Don’t think they like the English. Certainly not worth £550 a night by any means. Plus side food lovely and spa pool lovely. So glad we only stayed for 3 nights. Now at hotel Alpin Hubertus just up the road. Another level superb
