One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. Staff is very professional and always ready to do the extra mile to accomodate the guest. The bar is beautiful and has a very nice atmosfere. I highly reccomend it.

Really friendly staff, very easy to do everything and enjoyed the hotel. Didn't find the dinner food excellent, but the restaurant otherwise ran really well, with the staff being excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I thought id lost my key to my car and they looked everywhere for me .( daftlyi had them in my jcket pocket😂) . I would highly recommend this hotel and he spa was lovely better than others i av paid to go in . The only thing is th curtains are thin , but overall i will come back here definitely in the future. Thanks to all the staff

This motel has a long history of attracting visitors, and it clearly shows as such. The gran paradise park is positioned from a large view. But the dish is also fantastic. Designed to look like it was at the end of the century. Paintings, covered ceilings, and holiday furniture. But everything has been very well restored and does not feel overly frilly. Although not our style, it is a pleasure to wander through the hotel from the bar to the spa in the cellars and from the sitting room to the restaurant. Our room was also upscale, with a balcony with a view of the mountains. Large bed. All modern necessities are still available, except maybe an espresso coffee machine. Although that equipment will fading in the pleasant setting. A delightful experience in the costa valley. The personnel are very modern in attitude and attention, even though everything is in an outdated way. Not everyone is fluent in English, but French and obviously Italian are generally fine. Due to Couid, the hotel had to stop some transportation services, including bikes and automobile service. Nevertheless, we were unable to tell if the personal service at the breakfast buffet was caused by Couid. After a strenuous mountain walk into Gran Paradise, this hotel provides you with the rest you are seeking. It's spa, garden, and restaurant. Plus, the restaurant provides a wonderful 3-

Tutti i servizi sono di alto livello e curati nei dettagli. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel e molto piacevoli le camere con una vista davvero eccezionale. Ottima accoglienza, ottima la struttura, molto buona la area wellness. Ottima la cena e apprezzata la offerta di buffet e dolci. Ottima la colazione. Unici nei la camera non caldissima e l'audio della televisione del vicino. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e ci piacerebbe tornare.
