This hotel is tired and in dire need of repair as outlined by the title. But the location is excellent e.g., the beachfront, and the cuisine is excellent. Although our room was very old, the wifi was terrible or unreliable, but on the plus side, our room faced the beach, had a large balcony, and was on the top level. Overall, if you enjoyed the 1980 s and aren't concerned about having any new facilities, this is a good place to stay.

The hotel is a little antiquated but extremely clean, and the personnel was outstanding right away. The rooms are simple yet completely immaculate. We loved the heat and not the warmth of the food. For the price we stayed, wed be pleased to return. It would be nice to have wi-fi in the rooms. Met some wonderful individuals and made friends with everyone. Pete and sue thank you for the night out. Other mentions 3 rd time in Italy, 1 st time at Lino di Singular. Its really easy to get to Venice. The bus to Sarbia, the ferry to Venice, and water taxis all over the grand canal for 24 hours are all accessible by Eurocard, please validate your ticket every time you go like an oyster card, and you can be there. Di Solo offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants, but keep an eye out for the covert table fee. The final week of September is a little strange because it is the final week of the season, and everything closes. Strangely, there are many hotels with shuttered doors, and strangely, only a few people remain there. I got used to it, though, and to be honest, I enjoyed the peace. I will not return to this hotel any time soon. The location is the hotel's main advantage. The beach and some fantastic restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is outdated because it has a refer. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on. The staff is friendly and helpful at the front desk, but the cleaning is subpar. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The furniture was shattered, and the walls were so thin that we had trouble sleeping for several nights due to hearing guests on the same floor.

In late September 2017, my grandfather and I stayed at the Monaco Quisisana. Half of the hotel rooms were closed during this time because it was late in the season, and there was a problem with the water, making it cold at shower time. There was also only WiFi available at the hotel reception, which meant that even though I had been applying for jobs at home, I could not view the response emails unless I sat here, which was really bothersome and almost prevented me from being selected for an interview. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. The lovely young lady at the front desk in particular was very helpful to us because my grandfather and I came to Venice and the surrounding islands to see the biennale and other works like the tintoretto paintings. She was able to provide us with any permits, what buses to use to the port, and everything else we asked. She was always polite and immaculate. If youre one of those strange British people who goes to another country but doesn't want to experience the cuisine, youll be delighted to know that they also serve standard chips and roast potatoes. Although it is an excellent choice for those who want to remain alone and enjoy a beach resort because it overlooks the beach, the hotel offers a fantastic location for those who want to travel to Venice without the hassle of living there, or to take a water taxi

Although it was one of the finest restaurants on the beachfront at its peak, it is now in need of some updating. The closest local bus and water bus service, which cost about 22 euros, are both in a prime location, within an hour of Venice. Although others have praised the excellent employees, everyone is concerned about the current proprietor, who controls everything and hovers over the restaurant employees like methuselah. Numerous weird and old-fashioned procedures, including the ability to charge only for your room and cash payments. Remain in cash to pay your tourist tax we had a balcony that captured the afternoon and evening sun in a room on the first level. On a fairly sized balcony, there is plenty of cabinet space, a roomy bathroom, an easy chair, and a table and chairs. There are no electrical outlets, and there is a lack of tea or coffee making devices. Hairdryer in the bathroom with an integral shaver valve. The lack of hot water was the biggest drawback, not just during the peak hours. The boiler was admonished by the tui rep who warned us at the welcome meeting why can't they simply be truthful with the information on the website? They provide no coffee all evening. There is a bar, however, there is no atmosphere and it doesn't open until all the staff has finished at the main restaurant, so
