With maximum 12 people, this place has a holy atmosphere. The owner is an Italian and very helpful. She also goes above and above to assist guests and talk to them, with prices starting at €2 a night it's a good value for money. The breakfast is delicious, and the owner is funny.

Bordello Home Hostel has some of the best hostel ambiances I've ever stayed in. The atmosphere at the hostel was what I enjoyed the most. Valentina, the proprietor of the hostel, gets to know all her guests, clearly loves traveling and meeting new people and is an amazing individual! She also prepares delicious breakfasts every morning that you do not need to pay extra for like in many hostels in Europe. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable and guests have all the facilities they need like laundry, wifi, locks etc. Best of all, Valentina is available for any question. Many guests discussed their plans with Valentina for the day to get her recommendations as well. Overall, Bordello was my favorite place to visit during a month-long trip around Europe. Without this incredible hostel, my experience would have been nowhere near as wonderful. I even extended my stay because I didn't want to leave. The hostel's smaller size makes it a very comfortable place to stay and get to know other travelers.

I only stayed there for a few nights and wish I had been there all four nights I was in paler! Only a few minutes walk will bring you to bordello beach, where the hostel is situated. If you don't have a map, it can be a little difficult to find, but in my opinion, that's what makes the hostel safer because it's in a really nice and quiet neighborhood. My friend and I stayed in a larger room, and it was spotless and equipped with air conditioning, which we couldn't have loved because it was summer and it was 36 degrees outside. Valentina, the owner, prepares her guests a wonderful breakfast every morning, and she is always pleased to assist anyone with anything they need. On the first night we were there, she took all the attendees to this bar by the shore, where we had fun drinking, playing ball, and conversing. Valentina will probably be the best hostess one can find, and she played a significant role in the wonderful time we had in bordello. Ultimately, using the shuttle service she offers, she took me and my friend to the airport, which was significantly better than if we had taken a taxi or the bus.

This hostel was set up by my brother and me on a whim. We heard a good recommendation from a fellow traveler, so we decided we should book it since we had nowhere to stay that night. We ended up staying there for two nights and returning for three over the weekend. Not only are the facilities wonderful, but there is also a fully equipped kitchen. A lovely common area outside that includes couches and even a barbecue. The showers are excellent, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The proprietor Valdezina and her assistant manager go above and beyond to please everyone. Every morning, Valdez will prepare a gigantic and delectable selection of foods for breakfast that caters to everyones taste. Every morning, Valdez chatted with us about what we were doing that day, gave us directions, and suggested better destinations. Anything you ask her will be answered or given right away. Jake is really friendly and welcoming. He works hard to please every guest and also keeps the hostel tidy. Jake even took us out to dinner in Paler and gave us a nice tour. Now, both Jake and Valdez are very good friends. The hostel does not have water running, which is the sole annoying thing. However, Valdine sells el bottles of water at the hostel. One of the finest decisions we made the night before we went to Sicily, and it turned out to be one of the best choices we ever made! It is a little out of paler's downtown area, but by bus and is quite close to the beach. The staff, valentina and barbara, did a great job of helping us, cooking a fresh cake for every breakfast, offering to pick us up from the airport, bringing us to the city, and so on. We informed Valentina, the owner, that we planned to rent a vehicle and go around the city, and she called every car rental agency in Paler to find the best price for us and set up a detailed itinerary of amazing things to see. Without her and her hostel, our trip would not have been the same. Aside from that, the property is amazingly clean and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and we received much more for the price. 1010 will certainly recommend.
