No pool or gym, but a loaded fridge with goodies and breakfast snacks/coffee. Staff were friendly English speaker. Extremely helpful with local info. Super clean room. We love it!! Grazie Mille!!!

It was an adorable small room, but had everything you needed. They provided snacks, tea, juices, waters and soda. Near to beach and close to many restaurants. Provided a map of the area. Good air conditioning. Thank you for making our stay a good one and memorable.

Our one night pre-cruise stay was very nice and I recommend this property for that. The owner is very helpful to answer questions about the surrounding area and the room is clean. It is only a room so there are no property amenities. Water and drinks are provided as well as yogurt and some pastry items for breakfast. I wish they had a pod type coffee maker in the room not just instant coffee.

Francesco, o proprietário, realiza um atendimento excelente explicando e orientando. Fomos a pé ao porto de cruzeiros, são 12 minutos. O quarto é amplo, limpo, bem decorado, e banheiro impecável. O café da manhã é simples, no quarto, e consiste numa chaleira elétrica para aquecer água para cafe ou chá. Tem uma caixa com torradas, pão, geladeira e manteiga, e tortilha. Na geladeira tem iogurte, sucos de caixinha, cerveja e refrigerante, água, livres para consumosem custo adicional. Logo atrás do hotel tem o bairro histórico pietonal com vários restaurantes. Muito bem localizado. Recomendo

Our stay with Francesco in Civitavecchia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We have visited Civitavecchia many times over the years and have enjoyed many wonderful hotels, restaurants, and experiences throughout the city. Because of that, we can honestly say that this stay was especially memorable. Francesco’s kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, communication was excellent. Francesco was welcoming, attentive, and truly cared about ensuring that we had a wonderful experience. His thoughtfulness and warmth made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. The location could not have been better, particularly for anyone traveling before or after a cruise. Everything was convenient and easy to reach, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. We loved the incredible food, the joyful and welcoming people, and the ease of getting around. The value for money was exceptional, and several of our favorite dining establishments were just steps away. Civitavecchia has so much to offer and is often overlooked as simply a cruise port. In reality, it is a delightful destination with excellent restaurants, beautiful scenery, and a wonderful atmosphere all its own. Thank you, Francesco, for your generosity, kindness, and outstanding hospitality…. this stay stands out as one of our most memorable. The manager was extremely helpful and caring. He made sure we understood all about the amenities and also recommended nearby restaurants. We accidently forgot our medicines in the refrigerator and he went check and offered to bring them to us on the cruise ship which is excellent customer service. Highly recommend. LOVE LOVE

I stayed only one night to catch a cruise the next day. It's small and bare bones. It did the job. I was a bit surprised that there is no reception desk. A rep comes to meet you when you call to let them know you have arrived.
