Clean and great location steps away from the main train station & metro, great price, and the owners are very kind. Helped me with directions and I had a large item that i needed to refrigerate so he kept it for me in the office fridge. Above and beyond service and I would stay there again.

Napoli Relais is conveniently located directly across from the Naples Central train station and close to the metro line station. This is a busy area with lots of shopping, restaurants, and people enjoying the piazza. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to contact requests. Catching a cab to the airport was easy, as they line up in front of the train station. It was a great home base for exploring Naples.

This hotel is located pretty much right outside the train station which is convenient but also located where all the junkies, pickpockets and beggars are also loitering so be aware. I did not feel safe going to the hotel but once inside the building the hotel is located within my perception of the place got better. The rooms are clean and updated. Our room was very small and cramped. I did not find it to be noisy even though right outside the city never sleeps. The free breakfast was lacking compared to what is offered at similar properties but still something for free is always welcome so I won’t completely bash it. Instead of paying for coffee out of a machine in the hallway we opted for McDonald’s located right across the street instead. We stayed here so we could visit Pompeii and Herculaneum which was a horrible location for doing that but if you’re looking to visit Naples itself is fine I guess. We also wanted a laundry facility which is not located on the property as advertised. Check in was easy and simple, the gentleman was friendly and provided information about the surrounding area. To be honest my boyfriend really disliked staying here but I think it more had to do with the area in general and the feeling of am I really staying somewhere safe. We left after one night with nothing bad happening so perhaps it’s all the bad YouTube videos and blogs that warn of the bad areas of Italy that really should be to blame for our feelings on this property.

Vše čisté, snídaně odpovídá ceně - balený croissant, džem, suchar,na pokoji je minilednička s vodou a džusem, kapsle kávy do automatu na chodbě (moc nefungoval), super poloha 50 m od metra a vlaku a Alibusu na letiště. Personal ochotný a vstřícný, určitě doporučuji.

Ótima hospedagem! Atendimento muito cordial, disponível e simpático pelo Sr. Ettore, que nos recebeu com muito humor e boa-vontade um pouco mais cedo do horário de check-in, o que foi muito bom para nós, pois estávamos chegando de uma viagem de 4 horas e meia de trem, cansados. O Bed & Breakfest é bem localizado (bem na frente da estação) confortável, seguro, muito limpo, mobiliário novo, chuveiro ótimo, café muito agradável deixado previamente no nosso quarto (com porções individuais de Nutella, mel, geléia, torradas, capsulas de café, e outras gostosuras). Ficaremos novamente lá!!

Danke an den Vermieter Ettore er hat sich sehr bemüht uns die Stadt zu erklären. Das Frühstück ist vielleicht nicht so besonders da man sich den Kaffee selbst richten muss und die Croissant sind nicht frisch sondern verpackt. Wer gerne Frühstückt sollte dies lieber wo anders machen. Ist auch leistbar in Neapel. Die Wände sind nicht sehr dick und man hört alles durch. Wir hatten das Pech da ein Wecker um 4:30 los ging und eine halbe Stunde nicht abgeschalten würde. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Sonst war alles sauber und korrekt und die Unterkunft ist gleich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.
