Although we were shocked when we first got there, the room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable and had a lovely bathroom area. Although the lock on the bathroom didn’t work and locked someone in, it was a great bathroom with counter space, and a lovely shower. There was also a nice balcony and if some skyscrapers weren’t there we would’ve had a view of Mt Vesuvius, but could still see some elements of natural beauty through gaps in building or road clearings on the roundabout. The staff were very helpful and kind, however we never interacted with them in person, it was all via WhatsApp or calls, they were very quick and helpful with their replies and would check in some days to make sure we were okay and didn’t need a room refresher. The location wasn’t as close to the centre as I initially thought, however it was lovely to start the day by getting a coffee from one of the local cafes then having a 40+ minute walk to the centre (depending on what part of the centre you’re going to) and a simple walk only following like 2 streets. Just to caution that the lift costs 10 cent every time you use it, we didn’t have cash that small so had to walk up and down about 6 flights of stairs every time we left and returned to the room. It operates as cash only. But overall a lovely place and a lovely city, could not recommend it enough!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B durante il nostro viaggio a Napoli e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’host è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta ad ogni necessità, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La nostra camera era la quadrupla: bellissima, pulitissima, molto spaziosa e con un letto comodissimo. Si vede che tutto è curato nei dettagli e mantenuto con grande attenzione. La posizione è un altro punto di forza: la zona è tranquilla, sicura e circondata da tantissimi ristoranti e localini raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, a pochi passi si trovano sia la metro che la stazione del treno, quindi la struttura è perfetta anche per chi vuole muoversi con i mezzi. Insomma, un soggiorno impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. Torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Neapel! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und schön ausgestattet. Allerdings keine Kaffeemaschine oder Ähnliches. Dafür aber einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Es lief alles reibungslos auch mit dem online Check in. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert! 💙

My wife and I had a very good experience staying at this apartment in the National Square. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location was good too and not far from the main central station. A lot of eating places all around to choose from. We will definitely return.

Quarto muito bom! Ficamos três noite no National Square Napoli. Fizemos tudo andando.. opções de transporte, mercados e afins tudo muito perto. O check-in foi tranquilo mas a pessoa precisa ter internet no celular! Pois as vezes precisei ligar para a host.

The room was clean and very secure with a good secure door system. The location was not dangerous as per my experience there. Close 12 min. walking distance to train station . The property is located in a traffic circle which is busy but you don't hear it from your room. Yes , there are plenty of local shopping and restaurants all around ( No Gucci or Prada stores ). We were satisfied with our stay.

The room (green one) was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out was done remotely, with responsive texting. It would have been nice if there was a coffe machine available. I would recommend that information be provided as to the elevator functioning on a working day with a 10 cent coin, otherwise access with luggage could be troublesome.

Room was clean and tidy on arrival but no one came the next day. The room was triple deluxe all photos made it there was a balcony but I had a window looking into the back. For luxury I would have expected a kettle or coffee machine. And definitely fresh towels next day. No one at property to talk to. Overall experience slightly disappointing.

National square is well located near the train centrale about 10 min walking distance however if you have luggages, good luck crossing streets, sidewalk are dirty with dog*** i didnt have access to the room before 3 even when the room was available, i arrived around 10h30 and it was difficult to reach the management, we got the instruction for check in only 2 hours before 3pm, i would had appreciate to know where to put the luggage, to enter the building, you need 10 cents to take the elevator if it wasnt for a guy in the building lobby i would had to climbed 6 floors with luggage
