Totally recommend New Gallery B&B. Right by the train station, directions given were excellent (comes with a video!!) and didn’t need them as we were greeted in front of the building! Our room was very clean, air conditioned and very quiet - we had requested one while booking knowing that Naples is a loud city. Communication before and during the stay with Sergio was excellent, super responsive. Sergio is very friendly and gave us great recommendations for sights and restaurants. Would definitely stay at New Gallery on a next trip.

What a convenient spot! Tricky to find-- go to the big brown doors- there is only a small sign ...walk through then up the stairs!! Great balcony looking over the garibaldi square! Great place to stay in Naples!

Sehr netter Empfang, sicher durch verschiedene Schlüssel und Codes trotz der Lage am Bahnhof. Im Zimmer merkt man nichts davon. Großes Zimmer und sehr sauber.

A quick walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Walking distance to shopping areas or a quick train ride. We stayed here this time last year also.

Nonostante la posizione molto centrale e vicino alla stazione la tranquillità non mancava, la stanza ben curata e i proprietari attenti ai dettagli come la cura per l’arredamento della struttura. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Ben felice di consigliarlo e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Oksana foi excelente, nos perdemos no prédio e ela foi nos buscar no elevador correto. Quartos comodos, boa limpeza, muito central . A 2 minutos da estacao de trem. Otimo para conhecer a cidade.

A nice quiet room, very close to the train station. Helpful staff too! The shower is cozy, but easy to use and plenty of hot water. Wish the shampoo was not in plastic packets. I think there are better options to provide shampoo, conditioner etc. It was a small challenge to find the correct entrance of the building, but the staff at New Gallery were quick to respond and help us! We would definitely stay there again!

Oksana was a wonderful host, we were only there for one night and she made sure we had everything we needed even with our short stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was noisy from outside throughout the night, but that is not the fault of the property.

I thought that this was a hotel when booking via Expedia but it's actually more like an AirBnB. The location is very close to the Napoli Centrale station on Piazza Garibaldi. The lady who greeted me at check-in was lovely and incredibly helpful. I booked the room at the last minute (30 minutes before arrival) and she immediately got in touch to organise check-in. The room was well-decorated, in good condition, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. There was shower gel / shampoo in the bathroom and there is a kettle for tea/instant coffee drinkers. There was also a coffee machine in the reception area for 24/7 use if needed. The exterior of the building isn't that great but New Gallery is modern, clean and safe. There are lots of places to eat nearby and it's only a 30 minute walk to the historic centre and Spaccanapoli.

The room is spacious & the bed is comfortable. Location is literally right across the street from Napoli Centrale; very convenient if traveling by train. Check in & out were both easy & the reception provided excellent recommendations for sight seeing attractions. The room was actually fairly quiet considering the busy location. Lots of restaurants & shopping in the area. Would stay here again!
