My stay at this fivestar luxury hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It offers a unique blend of tranquility and luxurious comfort, nestled in a peaceful location away from the usual tourist hustle. From the moment i arrived, the service was excellent. The staff was not only attentive but genuinely cared about our experience. Whether we needed extra towels or advice on local cuisine, they were always available to help. They even went as far as locating my friends glove lost within the hotel. One of the highlights was the hotels thoughtful provisions for unpredictable weather - the provided umbrellas were a small but significant touch that added to our comfort. Additionally, the hotel arranged an exclusive boat trip to the beautiful island of murano. Witnessing the master artisans skillfully making murano glass was a rare and fascinating experience. The hotel bar service was equally impressive. The bartender was not only skilled but also very attentive, enhancing our evenings with great drink recommendations. Overall, this hotel is a rare find, offering the perfect balance of luxury, peace, and exceptional service. Its an ideal retreat for those looking to escape the tourist trail and immerse themselves in understated elegance and warmth.

What a palace! What a room we had, wow! Really feels like italian aristocracy. Fabulous property. It is in a very local residential area in the city of vinetia, which is great. However, it is a great pleasure to walk in the city of vinetia. The bell staff is inattentive, the front desk staff are unwilling, not really welcoming, there is no eye contact, and there is no smile. Its a shame, but the palace and rooms are worth staying! Also, the shuttle boat service is a great touch.

We stayed 3 nights. This was the second of 4 hotels we stayed in on our honeymoon. The best room we stayed in on our trip! It was on the top floor and so beautiful and spacious. Lots of light! Beautiful hotel with a location that was walkable to some great restaurants and wine bars very close to the public bus stop snack and a bottle of prosecco were provided for us as a honeymooner breakfast was quite good, we enjoyed their omelettes, sandwiches and pastries nespresso tea & tea were provided in the room the staff was nice and generally attentive. Cons i had some ants in my room, but not too many where it would be problematic.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are very good and the service is also very good. Friends who like silence can book here. The hotel has a small garden and a separate pier. Its very convenient to take the water bus. You can reach 5.2 and 5.1 water buses in about 3 minutes. Bus station.

Hotel ini mengirimi kami pesan pagi untuk check-in, memberi tahu kami bahwa hotel tidak memiliki kamar dan kami harus pindah ke gedung lain yang berjarak 10 menit, tetapi ada banyak tangga besar dan kecil. Dekat dengan semua monumen Venesia tetapi jauh dari keramaian Piazza San Marco. Terletak di Cannaregio, beberapa langkah dari kawasan Yahudi yang menarik. Stasiun Santa Lucia mudah diakses dengan berjalan kaki. Kami tidak menggunakan layanan antar-jemput saat kami berjalan di seluruh pusat. Hotel ini memiliki taman yang sangat indah dan menenangkan. We plan to return to this fantastic hotel but will make sure the renovations are finished before doing so. In cannaregio, the palace dei dogi is a lovely residential neighborhood that was much quieter than the tourist areas and a great place to walk and see what remains of the real city of vinicia. It is still within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, and we used the vaporetto to get there, with a station a few hundred meters from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were very willing to provide advice and answer questions about how to get around Venice and the nearby islands. The rooms are large and very traditional, but they have nice updated bathrooms and good air conditioning, which is required at certain times of the year. The garden in the back is fantastic, one of the best in the city, and breakfast on the patio there was a delight, as was the variety and quality of breakfast. Now for the reason we cant give the hotel 5 stars at this time, we cant. The hotel did a good job of controlling noise and dust from the construction, but the restaurant is currently closed, except for breakfast on the patio, and you have to go outside to visit the hotel bar, which we didnt even know existed until we asked.

The location isnt very close to tourist areas, which is a good thing. They can arrange shuttles everywhere and walking isnt far either. There are some good restaurants and enotecas very close by. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious. The decor and large garden are very well done. The bar is very nice and inviting.

Overall, we had a positive experience. This is a fantastic option if you want to unwind at the end of the day because its in a very quiet location away from the citys center. When we arrived, our room had cold champagne. Excellent concierge service. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The garden is lovely. We were a little offended by the rooms. The first thing we stayed in was what youd expect from a venetian hotel - dark, heavy curtains, dark wood furniture, and low lighting. Cozy with wellknown ceilings. The window was somewhat strange because the bottom third of it was open to see out of. The bathroom was updated, with marble floors and a walkin shower. However, they were unable to quickly resolve a plumbing problem, so we were relocated to a junior suite. That room was contemporary, with very high ceilings, floortoceiling windows that opened and provided a fantastic view of the gardens and lagoon, as well as a marble bathroom. The beds were adequate but not outstanding. The service was excellent, very responsive and helpful.

My wife and i stayed here for the Venice portion of our honeymoon, and i must say that our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Aside from the hotel and the rooms looking absolutely stunning, the staff could not have been nicer, more accommodating, and helpful to us during our stay. Martina deserves special mention, she truly went above and beyond for us during our stay. For example, at around 9.00 am in the morning, i went down to the lobby to see if i could book a gondola ride with the musicians preferably on the same day or the next day if this wasnt possible. While this in itself is a very difficult request to fulfill, it was also all saints day, where many italian tourists from all over come to Venice for holidays. Further, there were additional problems with the musicians that popped up on the same day. Martina worked diligently behind the scenes and by 11.00 am, she informed me that she had arranged for us to ride the same day for 12.00 pm! She did it in 2 hours! That gondola ride with the musicians was an experience my wife and i will never forget. Aside from that, she also helped my wife and i get a direct boat ride to Murano, updating and helping us with logistics all along the way. Finally, the location of this hotel seemed to be in one of the most ideal places in Venice, at least for us. It was very scenic and close to many great restaurants and bars, but not overcrowded. When we strolled around the other parts of the city, i couldnt help but notice an excessive number of tourists and tourist shops. Our location was the best place by far. Overall, this is the place to stay if you are visiting Venice.

The hotel is located near the water and in a peaceful area. It takes only 8 minutes to walk to one of the water bus stops. The hotel is decent, and the rooms were of typical size. There are several places to unwind on the property, which is peaceful. Given that the hotel is near the water and some of the rooms are ground level, there is a chance of mosquitoes.

What it means to be on vacation or holiday. Exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms and impressive grounds. Everything one could want in venice is within walking distance or a quick water taxi ride. The staff are very helpful and quick to offer recommendations when asked. We plan to return in the near future.
