Its nice and comfortable with the facilities and service, and the friendly and professional staff. Nice cleanliness everywhere, and you can choose foods on the menu for lunch and dinner. The thermal pool is large and has warm water. Breakfast is good and varied with savoury and sweet dishes.

This is a refined and opulent hotel with a stylish room with a spacious bathroom, big hot water pools with whirlpools, a spa, and great central location at the beginning of main pedestrian street, parking is available, the food is very good and very reliable.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The dinners were good simple Italian cuisine very refined, good wine at a reasonable price. Huge pools inside and outside the building, big jacuzzi pool. The location is also ideal if you go by car or just want to rest. But if you want to see some places around the public transport is very poor.

There are some areas where the pool was quiet and they helped you plan a special food request for the kids a simple basic omelet and soup. The pillows weren't comfortable for me, but I have difficulty making pillows in many spots. The sheets were clean but still had a stain so I informed them of this and they were quick to change the sheets. This hotel room that we stayed in was standard and a good size. The food was very nice and they were very helpful to prepare ad hoc food requests for the kids simply omelet with simple soup. They also offer guests a free glass of prosecco at lunch. Our room was a standard room with a big size. I brought it up with a stained sheet so they quickly changed them. Considering the weather heat in July, we slept poorly. I usually go to Monte-Grotto, but this time I went to Ayano, it's better suited for me.
