Lovely hotel, previously stayed when it was Lacanda san Barnaba and the upgrade is really great, whilst still keeping the originsl ceiling frescos and other features. Great new updsted bathrooms. Great communal areas as well as fab breakfast. Only slight niggle was not much hanging space and no drawers but easily manageable. Overall a great stay

I am not sure , it was April and not too hot. So definitely didn’t need air conditioning and we were on top floor. But had to open windows briefly for some air. Great boutique hotel and has excellent staff and service. Very good breakfast service too. Great location, 5-7 mins walk away from academia bridge. Things they could improve on - provide / replace water bottles daily. ( basic still water ) And they need to have a bar or something Vibey going on. There was no bar or music for late night aperitif or pos dinner cocktails etc

Our stay at Palazzetto My Venice was incredible! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, right from the first step through the door! They were amazingly attentive and made our stay so special, we cannot thank them enough. The room was so beautiful and looked out on to a little canal that was magic. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom luxurious! We will definitely be back for a stay again soon and only wished we had booked for longer than one night.

We have never had better or more friendly and helpful staff anywhere in the world than all the wonderful people at MyVenice. If you stay at this beautiful place you will experience the best of what Venice can offer with fabulous, genuine Venezzian hospitality! The hospitality is matched by the beautiful decor and overall comfort of the hotel and its many spaces. The only negative for us in a double room was the lack of space for large suitcases. This is because our room had a very large free-standing bathtub. So good for romance but not so much for storage space. I would highly recommend MyVenice to anyone wanting the best experience in Venice and to experience the best service in the world!

We had a fantastic experience! The great hospitality from when we first arrived to the best breakfast and friendly staff. We really appreciated the extra attention we got regarding our anniversary. The balcony over the canal was also a great surprise which we enjoyed. We are definitely coming back with our next trip to Venice!

Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice. The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Palazzetto My Venice, we knew we'd found somewhere special. This stunning boutique hotel truly captures the essence of Venice, offering an experience that's both luxurious and incredibly personal. Our room was an absolute delight, featuring a charming balcony overlooking a smaller, picturesque canal with a captivating view down to the Grand Canal – a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The thoughtful touches continued inside with plush robes and slippers and delicious chocolates awaiting us. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. They consistently went above and beyond to assist with all our arrangements, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The warm welcome began with a delightful Prosecco on arrival, setting the tone for a truly pampered stay. Breakfast was another highlight. Served in a cute courtyard, it was a delicious affair where we could order directly from the menu and have everything delivered right to our table. A wonderful start to each day! Frankly, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if we return to Venice. Hotel Palazzetto My Venice is a gem, offering an unforgettable blend of elegant comfort, impeccable service, and an unbeatable location.
