Despite the hotel's modest budget and very affordable price, it is also quite enjoyable. sonia, the receptionist, gave me the assurance that we would be well taken care of and that our bikes would be safe while we were riding around rp when I called to inquire if they had secured parking for our bikes. Sonia came out to welcome us when we arrived on our bikes around rp, and at least four people shook our hands and gave us a warm welcome. The hotel's proprietor introduced us in Italian and sonia translated into English. Two extremely strong young men walked our bikes downstairs for safe storage, while Sonia showed us to our room. The hotel is in an opulent residence that has recently undergone careful renovations. We were thrilled to have two balconies, one of which overlooked the square and castle, and our bedroom was extremely contemporary. It was provided for no extra charge. The shower was amazing, and the bed was quite comfy. Breakfast was excellent. There was also a choice of cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt, and of course, sweet cakes. Coffee was excellent as well. The motel's six-language daughter recommended a restaurant close and personally directed us there. The restaurant was spotless.

We stayed one night in this beautiful location. The owner cares about the guest. The rooms are very good and nicely decorated compared to other hotels in this category. The bathroom is also big and everything works well. The price is very reasonable. At night we had a great supper at the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. I will come back again.

For the second time in two years, we came back to Palazzo Boom, and our experience was even better. Claudia and her staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home. We reserved two accommodations for our four-person family. Both were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The brunch room had a wide selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and pastries. The hotel is situated in the heart of old Biceglie, and it is close to waterfront eateries and beaches on foot. Within a block or two, there are numerous stores and little dining establishments. Parking is limited, but most of the time, I was able to park on the street in front of the hotel. This time, WiFi and air conditioning were no longer a problem because of our two minor flaws from our previous visit. Sonya, the front desk desk operator for most of our stay, speaks English, but I wish my Italian was better so I could engage in more conversations with the rest of the crew.

The best location in Bisceglie, in the historic center, just a few meters from the sea. Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms, bar where guests can eat and have a special appetizer besides the great breakfast. The owners and whole staff are really kind.

We were so disappointed when we stayed in this hotel, but after a few things, the hotel comes to our aid. The staff was so kind. The rooms were so big and tastefully decorated. They provide a fantastic breakfast and parking right outside the door. The location was so strategic and not far from the port. This hotel is a family run business that provides the best hospitality at a very personal level. I would suggest this hotel to you who want to have a pleasant stay.
