Amazing stay in Lucca - highly recommend. The hotel was super clean, our room was well maintained and comfortable. Location was perfect and easy to find. The hotel communication ahead of our arrival was great with top tips on parking and accessibility. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Outstanding hotel! They thing about absolutely everything for the guests have a good stay. Well located, friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was perfect with quality items, we were received with a welcome drink. Love it! Whenever we came back to Lucca, we'll for sure stay there again! The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel is lovely in every respect. The location is perfect, close to the centre of beautiful Lucca, but in a quiet corner. The rooms are lovely. The bathroom was huge and had twin showers. The finishes were tasteful. The staff was welcoming and always helpful. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will return.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and what a gem it really is. Perfectly located within the walls - pretty much in the centre of everything. Rooms are clean / modern / upmarket functional. Nothing else needed as far as bedroom is concerned. Breakfast also is excellent- simple food at its best Italian style. No swimming pools here but just a really good place to stay. Staff also were super helpful- big thanks.
