Excellent hotel ou plutôt bed et breakfast tres bien situe juste a cote de la cathedrale et musee épiscopal ainsi que du centre ville. Tres propre et spacieux avec mini cuisine pour faire du cafe a l italienne ou des thes. La tv est italienne avec beaucoup de chaine. Des cafes ouverts comme de lupo ouverts des 7h alors que l hotel permet un petit dej a 9h car c est un hôtel pour touristes... Je recommande vu le rapport qualité prix de cet hotel.

We totally fell in love with Palazzo Rollo. We had a suite and felt it was an exceptional value - enormous bedroom & living room, plus good-sized bathroom and fully functional kitchen, all with super-high vaulted ceilings. Not to mention the property's gorgeous roof garden and breakfast room. The location is superb - next door to the cathedral, and the staff were very helpful. It really felt like living in a fantasy world. We hated to leave and will definitely be back.

Entusiastiske medarbejdere, der byder dig velkommen i en bygning som er et gammelt palads der har bevaret stilen. Man bliver sat tilbage i tiden paa en spaende maade. Lige midt i centrum hvor man oplever folkelivet.

Un peu difficile à accéder, un vieux palazzo dans le centre où nous avions réservé une chambre simple. Elle était sans vue mais très calme. Beaucoup de marches à monter mais pour bénéficier d'une large terrasse avec vue.

un hôtel dans un superbe vieux palais, qui a gardé son charme avec un accès à des petits salons, à une superbe terrasse où lire avec la vue sur toute la ville...un accueil très avenant et sympathique, et un bon confort tant de la chambre, avec wi fi qui marche, qu'un petit déjeuner savoureux

The property sent us important information over WhatsApp instead of through Hotels dot com or email. We don’t normally use WhatsApp so never got their messages. This resulted in an angry hotel receptionist confronting my startled wife. It all worked out in the end, but my wife was terribly upset being scolded in front of other hotel guests. Other than that, everything was great.

prachtige locatie in het centrum van de stad. De bezienswaardigheden liggen letterlijk om de hoek. Ontbijt is prima. De kamer was groot, echter totaal geen uitzicht. Het dakterras maakt dat echter deels goed. Jammer alleen dat parkeren en ontbijt apart betaald moesten worden, wat bij booking niet duidelijk was gecommuniceerd.

The hotel is located in a beautiful historical building, in the best & most central location of Lecce, between the Piazza del Duomo and the Piazza Sant'Oronzo. Large rooms with simple furnishing, but it is still nice to stay in an old building, that looks more like an apartment than a hotel. Bike rental onsite. Information office at 10m, and Duomo at less than 100m :-) Be careful to arrive to the hotel during opening hours - closed during lunch.

Palazzo Rollo is located right on the Main Street which is great for people watching and visiting the sites! We were there on a Saturday night and it was very loud until late but that likely isn't the case every night. The room was huge and grand and the balcony very nice.

Nous avions réservé cet hébergement car il était dans le centre historique et offrait un parking sur place. En fait, l'accès est impossible. Le GPS ne fonctionne pas pour le localiser. Après avoir tourné pendant 2h dans la ville, dans des rues souvent interdites si nous n'avions pas une autorisation spéciale, nous avons dû laisser notre voiture dans un parking public. La chambre était une suite. Effectivement très grande mais sinistre. Salon de petit déjeuner superbe. Bel emplacement à côté de la Place du Duomo. Il ne peut y avoir de meilleur emplacement.

Because my passport expires in October (2 months after my trip to Italy - a little known rule I was unaware of), I was turned away at the airport. I explained this to Palazzo Rollo when I had to cancel my stay last minute. They collected my entire room cost despite this explanation with a very matter of fact note about my late cancellation. Utterly terrible. I am returning in May and will be avoiding such a place as this. (I rated the other categories in the middle because I had to and since I've not stayed there, I have no opinion on those items.)
