O atendimento de todo o staff do hotel, desde o pessoal da recepção até as moças do café da manhã superou as minhas expectativas. Todos muito solícitos e gentis. Hotel bem localizado dentro do centro histórico e quartos conservados. Dá para descarregar as malas chegando de carro (passar a placa do veículo antes para que façam um autorização, pois fica dentro da ZTL). Depois pode estacionar em vagas com parquímetro a 5 min a pé do hotel por um preço muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. Única sugestão de melhoria é fechar o chuveiro com box de vidro em um dos quartos que ficamos, pois molha demais na hora do banho. Os outros 2 quartos que vimos já tem vidros. 0brigado ao Matteo, Alessandro, Vanessa, as duas moças do café da manhã e outros que não me recordo do nome agora que tornaram nossa estadia ainda melhor.

Nice location at the Rudiae gates, a sleeper of a hotel as there is no signage except on the glass doors. Friendly staff convenient location next to all the action in Lecce. Was worried about the parking but was able to park on a safe street about 2 blocks from the hotel and the manager helped us with the easy park app. The car was fine and we paid about 6 euros a day to leave it there. Otherwise clean large rooms with a beautiful large indoor hot tub and sauna which was nice after a day at beach and walking Lecce. Breakfast was very good don’t forget to order off the menu. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful with making dinner reservations and advice on the city.

One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and great A/C. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would 100% stay here again, and would go out of my way to experience their hospitality.

A beautiful hotel in Lecce old town. Previously was a monastery. Gorgeous internal courtyard and beautiful spa. Pristine clean and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits au Palazzo Sant’Anna. Autant dire que nous avons eu l’occasion d’en apprécier tous les contours. À commencer par l’accueil et la relation client au top quel que soit le collaborateur. Beaucoup de chaleur humaine qui nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. Et puis bien sûr la qualité de l’hébergement dans cet ancien bâtiment qui habitait pour partie un couvent. Le petit déjeuner royal a fait également notre bonheur tout comme la qualité de la literie. Le tout dans le centre historique de Lecce la magnifique. Alors que dire de mieux ? Allez-y. Bravo à Daunia et à toute sa belle équipe

It was truly such a lovely stay and the best part of our Italy trip. Each room looks super unique and we were huge fans of ours, in a lovely quiet and picturesque part of the old town still just like a 2-5 minutes walk to the best restaurants and 10 minutes to the busy central historic area squares, and easy access to the walled off area outside which was important as cabs cannot always access the historic zone and we had to walk a just few mins with our luggage from the historic city walls. If you book a transfer with them directly you can probably avoid the walk and get dropped off direct with a driver that has the special access to the historic zone but we booked last minute so hailed a cab from the airport. Was so fun wandering around the property itself and perfect location in town, and the staff were truly a standout and so amazing!

Exceptional level of service. Exceptional breakfast. Having snacks available in the shared areas in the evening was a great plus. Value for money was outstanding, for example the sauna and pool. Location perfect for exploring Lecce on foot or Sarento by car.

Séjour des plus agréables on a pu se reposer. Le Personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Pour nous tout est fait pour nous aider. La chambre était magnifique et très bien rénovée. La salle de petit déjeuner était faite pour qu’on se retrouve comme à la maison tout a été parfait du début à la fin, on nous a porté même des petits gâteaux pour le coucher du soir et dessus un bon massage très agréable. Cet hôtel est très bien situé parfait pour pouvoir visiter la ville, rien à redire.
