The ladies at the reception desk were awesome ! Perfect location on the main pedestrian street connected to many other pedestrian streets full of shops and restaurants. It was flat surfaces which we appreciated . Rooms and hotel immaculately spotless. We had a standard room and the only con was that is was extremely small with only one spot for a suitcase. We looked into switching to a larger room but there was still only one spot for a suitcase, so we stayed and saved the extra $$$.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Can be a bit noisy and eye masks are necessary especially early morning without blackout shades.

It’s a new hotel so paint and everything was fresh. They even had a Dyson at the room. Service was very friendly. And it’s in old town. Super central with great restaurants nearby.

Clean, friendly staff, perfect location, comfortable accommodations. But our room was loud from others on the main walk until at least 2am and starting again around 6am when cleaning crews where out.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato eccellente. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: si trova a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e splendide chiese, il che rende molto facile esplorare tutto a piedi e godersi l’atmosfera del luogo. Nonostante sia così centrale, la zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata di visite. L’hotel è impeccabilmente pulito, molto ben organizzato e davvero bello. Si percepisce la cura in ogni dettaglio. Ma ciò che vogliamo sottolineare di più è l’attenzione del personale: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti a ogni nostra esigenza. Inoltre ci hanno dato ottimi suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti dove cenare, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora migliore. Lo consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri.

Located in a perfect area close to everything and the main square the main desk was extremely helpful calling fairies finding out information. Everything is wonderful.

The staff was exceptional, particularly Elena, who was helpful and creative and willing to assist with every detail large or small. The rooms were very clean. The hotel well placed for experiencing all of Sorrento and easily accessible to the ferries for day trips to Amalfi, Positano, and Capri. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.
