A real boutique hotel With, I believe, just three rooms. It is part of what was the palace. The room was amazing and we stayed in one of the smaller rooms. Apparently it used to be the kitchen! The largest room is 150 m² and is just wonderful. We didn’t need this amount of space but I would’ve wrapped it up and if there was more than just my wife and I on holiday. The breakfast was very personal, good local produce and great service.

I stayed at Palazzo Arizona for 8 nights in July. It was a wonderful stay! The buildings and rooms are fantastic, but the employees at Palazzo Arizona are extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you all, Serena and the team. Highly recommended

We reserved two of the three rooms the arancetto and the large suite for two nights and were the only guests in the palazzo. After our first night, the bed in the grand suite had not been cleaned, and we lacked water the second night. We couldn't take a shower until late at midnight when the owner called to fill out the deposit, which appears to have not been checked to be almost fully cleared before our arrival. The grand suite has an enormous terrace, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and comfortable. The mattresses are of excellent quality, and the beds are comfortable. The shower was not in great shape because the hot and cold water were constantly mixing, and it had a moldy appearance. It was difficult to take a shower. Fresh orange juice was good for breakfast. Service generally does not live up to our expectations and the price we paid.

We are just ending a two-day stay in not. We highly suggest this hotel. Serena is a treasure! English is absolutely fluent and very helpful. The suites are enormous. One is extremely spacious, basically an apartment with a patio. The other is also very spacious, one that overlooks a lovely piazza and the cathedral. One block from the main road with restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast made to order. Just down the street is a lovely bakery. Very quiet at night. Sriracusa and ortygia can be reached in only 30 minutes. The suite in the photo is the one we stayed in. Very modern, with a modern bathroom, rain head shower, and other facilities. a fantastic spot to stay in not.

We remained in the Chanceto suite for four nights. It is a large room with some windows that lead to a quiet courtyard with views of the domo. The furnishings were fine, the bed was comfy. But in the bathroom, there was a shower that had signs of mold, probably because there isn't any ventilation in this area and a sign requesting not to flush any paper down the we. The air conditioner is old and possibly needs maintenance. The best part, all the staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, coffee was excellent, and all guests were able to cook beverages and other things throughout the day in the kitchen area. Located in a centrally located, close to nearby eateries.

Vi fikk et stort og bekvemt rom i Palazzo Trigona. Utsikten var mot bakgård. Det er ingen service utover frokost, noe som trekker litt ned hvis man for eksempel trenger et vinglass. Vi hadde med oss en voksen sønn og måtte betale høyere gebyr enn oppgitt i Hotel.com bekreftelsen.

Huge nice room in great location. More Airbnb than hotel though. No one there to great us on arrival at 3pm and not there until the next morning. No control over the air temp and check out at 10am is just not right.
