This is an AMAZING place to stay while in Venice!! We all loved this hotel and the beautiful large, clean rooms! My daughter was impressed with having a Dyson hair dryer in each of the bathrooms. e loved the restaurants around the area which were all within walking distance to the hotel. We also loved the nightly turned down service and the personalized post cards that we will cherish as we reminisce about our time in Venice. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to be pampered and experience the life around Venice!

The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)

Hotel magnifico, personale gentilissimo e premuroso, servizio eccellente, tutto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, all’ arrivo ci hanno fatto subito un upgrade della stanza con una con vista sul canale, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. The Venart is a special place among many special places in Venice. An old Palace directly on the Grand Canal in the San Polo neighborhood -- the quiet side of Venice. The concierge team is outstanding and the public spaces of the hotel are grand. Given the 2-start GLAM restaurant size limitations, food options at the hotel are quite limited. This can be a problem if you don't feel like heading out for dinner -- or even breakfast. Otherwise, it's a lovely place.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so romantic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and truly made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be coming back. We also loved how close it was to great restaurants. We even had our engagement photo shoot inside the hotel. It was perfect, and the photos turned out amazing!

Spent two nights here at the close of a week long trip in Italy. The hotel is remarkably designed and maintained, and the service is high touch without being overbearing. Daily breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and the room was extremely comfortable. 15 min walk to st marks square and tucked away from the touristic chaos. Very highly recommended!

Vom Moment der Buchung bis zur Abreise war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel einfach perfekt. Die Buchung verlief reibungslos, die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich – ein Vorgeschmack auf die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, die uns erwartete. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Der Check-in war effizient und gleichzeitig persönlich – wir hatten sofort das Gefühl, am richtigen Ort zu sein. Was diesen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war das gesamte Team. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man spürte in jedem Moment, dass hier Menschen mit echter Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft arbeiten. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns quasi von den Augen abgelesen. Der Concierge-Service war hervorragend – mit tollen Empfehlungen, individueller Betreuung und dem Gefühl, dass man sich wirklich kümmert. Es waren die kleinen, persönlichen Gesten, die diesen Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach erlebnisreichen Tagen. Die Abreise fiel uns wirklich schwer. Wir gehen mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen und dem festen Vorsatz, wiederzukommen.
