Incredibly wonderful stay! We really enjoyed ourselves in Amalfi much because of our stay at Piazza Vitagliano! The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially Llenia, Paola, and Angelo! Can not say enough about their kind efforts throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful with the utmost incredible view of the sea! Stairs are part of the experience, so expect that; although, I do not think you can stay anywhere in Amalfi without stairs. Angelo carried ALL of our luggage up the stairs for us. They build that in as a courtesy. Wonderful!

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect, the room was so modern, clean and the views were amazing. I can’t complement the staff enough, they are so friendly and helpful, they go over and above to make your stay special and easy. Would highly recommend and stay again if we return to Amalfi - perfect central location too.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! From the staff to the marble floors!! The room we stayed in had a jacuzzi with a large terrace and if it’s available, don’t hesitate to book it!! Amazing views! 10/10

This room was amazing !!!! the staff Ilenia , Paula & the guy who carried my bags and brought me breakfast (I forgot his name ) We're the best !!!! they really are an asset to the company. The room views were amazing. The view was amazing. The honesty bar was amazing. Just a beautiful property overall, if I ever stay in amalfi again I will book this hotel.

施設の入り口は見つけにくく、エレベーターもありませんが、スタッフの方が親切で荷物を入り口から部屋まで持っていってくれました。 朝食も部屋から海を眺めながらのんびりと過ごすことが出来ます。 まちの中心地に位置しているので、朝方などはどうしても外がうるさいですが、どこへ行くにもアクセスが良くとても便利な場所にあります。

Hotel was clean and beautiful and staff was lovely. They were kind and incredibly helpful. My only complaint is that the photos on Expedia, including the email inviting me to review the property, shows what looks like a private plunge pool on the terrace. I suspect this may be more of an Expedia issue, but suggest it gets corrected.

本当に素晴らしいスタッフたちでした。 私の不手際でチェックイン時間にホテルに到着できませんでしたが、スタッフのパオラさんはWhatsAppでチェックインの手続きに対応してくれました。また、到着後は丁寧に施設の説明をしてくれただけでなく、近くのおすすめのレストランを紹介してくれるなど、親切にしてもらいました。 ホテルにはエレベーターはありませんが、スタッフのアンジェロさんがスーツケースの運搬を手伝ってくれました。

My stay at palazzo vitagliano was a dream! As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe here. The staff are SO sweet and welcoming. Extremely attentive. Very communicative. They would write to me on WhatsApp inquiring if I needed anything or if I need any recommendations. The property is located VERY close to the city center, the beach, the ferry port, AND the bus station. Such an amazing location. I will be staying here when I return to Amalfi!

Spent 12 days there and enjoyed every minute! Central location, generous breakfast, lovely service, and warm-knowledgeable-helpful staff. The rooms have been newly renovated, are well appointed, tastefully designed and comfortable. It’s a historic building, so has uniquenesses and charm. The windows are oversized, ceilings are high, rooms are large. We loved it!
