I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place, but then the team work so hard, they deserve to be busy! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the moment we stepped into reception, we were treated like VIPs, the staff are without exception, incredible. Warm, friendly, professional- every part of the experience feels five star. The family spa is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, the views breathtaking, and the food and drink amazing. We loved waking up to the spectacular views, getting the most gorgeous breakfast and then wandering around the botanical gardens, seeing the donkeys and exploring. A day trip to Lugano is a must, as is Menaggio with the ferry over to Bellagio. Tremezzo and Gandria are also good trips. The hotel was really peaceful when we were there in early May, we didn’t use the outdoor pool as the weather was a bit changeable, but it’s such a great base from which to explore. It’s in a fairly remote spot, so you can’t really walk out of the hotel to other places but Lugano and Porlezza are both a short drive away and the restaurants onsite are great. Word of warning, if you fly in to malpensa airport and drive to the hotel, take the route through Switzerland and Lugano, not the east side of the lake. The roads are pretty treacherous, mountain side and winding and the Italians drive a bit crazy! We will be back to the PSM, we just loved it.

Fantastisk utsikt. Avkopplande miljö. Kanske framförallt för barnfamiljer, men vi som inte är det trivdes ändå fantastiskt bra. Välskött och välstädat. Personalen genomgående trevlig och serviceminded. Kan verkligen rekommenderas för en avkopplande långhelg! Frukostbuffen var fantastisk och restaurangerna höll hög klass.

Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future.

We love the laid back, not crowded vibe of this resort. Perfect for families. The lakefront beach 🏖️ was our favorite and the curly slide was our daughter’s favorite. Delish pizza and gelato 🍨 Fun walks to Cima and Porlezza.

The resort’s landscaping is amazing, with beautiful lake view. We came to the area for Lake Como, and staying here provides a more peaceful vibe. There is limited wheelchair accessible area, but I believe the resort upgraded us to accommodate our needs. Don’t skip their breakfast with outdoor seating! The variety of food and the view are fantastic.

Views for miles! Amazing stay and gorgeous property. Great service from the staff. Cant fault this property with anything really. It is on a hill, but then you cannot get the views if you dont want to go up. Properly has elevators and good parking, so it is not a problem. The rooms closest to the beach/lake have some traffic noise. Loved this property. The breakfast was the best out of our entire vacation. So much variety. Will be back.

Très belle expérience vécue dans cet écrin de verdure et à proximité immédiate du Lac ! La plage privée permet d'autan plus de bénéficier d'infrastructures améliorant l'expérience générale (toboggan aquatique, table de ping-pong, bar/cafétéria, location de pédalo,...) Au sein de l'hôtel, on apprécie le niveau de propreté et sens du détail dans la décoration et les espaces verts sans oublier les belles piscines (adultes et enfants (avec toboggan). La chambre familiale est très propre, spacieuse et avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le parking (en supplément à 20€/nuit) est en sous-sol. Petit déjeuner très correct et diversifié. Globalement, notre expérience a été excellente !
