This was our first trip to Rome and it was perfect!! The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The AC was cold while it was extremely hot outside. The location was a perfect walking distance to most places in the historic district. The road the hotel is on is great! Shopping, food and the best gelato!! I couldn’t recommend it enough. Wonderful trip.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, practically in the center of Rome, with most of the main attractions just a 5–10 minute walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was incredibly helpful and even stayed late to welcome us after our late flight. The room was spotless and AC was great. The room stayed cold (during the wheat wave!) and comfortable. The bed was also very comfy! You cannot beat the location!!!! Walking distance to everything you could want to see or visit! Would absolutely visit again.

We loved our stay here! The staff was super helpful in helping to arrange transportation to the airport and giving us ideas of places to explore in the city. The room was beautiful and within walking distance of most of the major sites in Rome. We absolutely recommend!

Overall it is great. The elevator is quite cozy and broken during our stay. one pillow is dirty but the staff was able to replace.

Great location! Loved nearby shops and restaurants. quiet at night. Grocery store next door. Staff very responsive to anything we needed. Only downside was we were on top floor… so lots of stairs but there is an elevator… worked off all food we ate in Rome!

Loved this hotel! Perfect location!!! Walk to all the sights, bustling neighborhood with tons of shops, bars, and great restaurants. The staff was super helpful in recommending which restaurants to choose and they were all great. We didn't get breakfast included but did eat at the cafe the hotel has an agreement with and it was fabulous. We tried other breakfast places nearby too and they were all great. It's the perfect base to explore Rome from. The only reason I can think of not to choose this hotel is if you are looking for quiet. We loved it and will definitely stay there again!

Welcomed warmly by Marvin at reception and appreciated the information on the local area activities. Our room for 3 adults was very clean, comfortable, cool with A/C during record heatwave, and great bathroom & shower space. Many restaurants and shops including markets and laundry service within the block. Walking distance (30 minutes) from Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & Colosseum. We had a great experience staying here!

My second stay at Passpartout and it’s still my favourite guest house/hotel in Rome. Lovely place, lovely staff and perfect location.

Very pleased with our stay. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room. The staff took time to walk us through a map of Rome and make a lot of excellent recommendations. The location was excellent - easy to walk to most of the big sites from the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was cozy and the AC worked well. Complimentary water was provided on the first night and that was greatly appreciated.
