Communication is strong here. We arrived after staffed hours and were able to enter the premises without issue. Instructions are thorough. There was a thoughtful arrival gift that we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace and throughout our stay. I found the elevator to be quite charming and enjoyed utilizing it. The location, building and access are undeniable. You are steps from points of interest, commerce, restaurants and bus stops. A taxi queue is also across the street. I enjoyed sitting at the window and watching the foot traffic below. Having A/C during a heat wave was integral. Also, the size of the bathroom felt luxurious by comparison. My ride to the airport was scheduled in advance, which is a lovely service. I also received a parting gift upon check out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would again. Grazie!

We checked in late and let the staff know ahead of time. They were extremely helpful having everything prepped for us in advance so that it was a seamless process. Really appreciate how thorough the team was to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Hotel is also in a prime location. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect at Piccola Navona. We were treated with care and they seemed truly happy we were staying with them. We had our breakfast cooked for us. Snacks available as well. The location is perfection! Walkable to everywhere. Campo dei Fiori is right around the corner and taxi stand is across the street! Will stay here again

We had a really nice stay! Location is perfect! Ellie was a very good hostess: Generous, observant, helpful and discrete. Room was fine and they have a special pillow and mattress menu! 🤗 We slept like babies! We had a late flight out of Rome, but no problem. We could use the facilities, the terrasse and make coffee and of course leave our luggage during the day. Rome is our new favourite big town destination and Piccola Navona Roof Garden is certainly our favourite hotel! Try it! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect for a couples getaway. Friendly hosts. Modern room. Bottle of bubbly waiting in the room on arrival. Great rooftop to enjoy drinks after a day of exploring. Stones throw away from restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great little hotel in an ideal location close to Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori, and an easy walk to all tourist sites. The best part of this tiny hotel is a "sleep program" where you pick the firmness of the mattress you'd like and they have it on the bed when you arrive. The AC works well (will only go down to 22C) - the bathroom is sufficient. The entire hotel is very clean and very well-maintained. There is a tiny 2-person elevator, but VERY useful as the hotel is on the 5th floor.
