It's a guestroom. There's graffiti outside but inside it's very neat. The good thing is you can cook something: there's a small stove and a small refrigerator. The owner had to wait for us for long time since we just flew in and had problems with the purchased SIM cards at the airport, and then due to the tram line construction it took us forever to get to the hotel from Termini. The only suggestion would be an AC.

El apartamento está en excelentes condiciones, el baño cuenta con una columna de ducha que tienes varias funciones para hidromasaje. La secadora de cabello tiene un difusor para hacer rizos, gran cosa. En la cocina encuentras todo para cocinar y hacer café. El apartamento es céntrico y accesible para el transporte público, enfrente pasa el tranvía y a unas dos o tres cuadras hay una estación del metro. El barrio es tranquilo, un par de veces llegamos después de las 11 pm y todo fue seguro. La anfitriona es muy atenta, la plancha no funcionaba y de inmediato llevó una nueva, al igual que un espejo. Recomiendo llevar efectivo para pagar el impuesto local que no está incluido en la tarifa.

Stayed one night. Difficult to find since there’s no name placard. But called and she came right to the door. Toilet leaks terrible and I let them know. The window in the kitchen needs a curtain for privacy. They only take cash for the guest tax. Wish I knew prior but she was fine with me leaving it for her. Otherwise super cute basement studio.

Actually a gorgeous little apartment with living room area, dining & kitchen. Clean, in a nice little area away from the chaos but still accessible to city. Only complaint is surely the tv would be better in room with the couch. So why the low score? The weekend I was there hot water was off. I appreciate this probably isn’t an issue most of the time, but it did affect my stay there greatly

O quarto era um pouco frio, calefação não funciona, cozinha com poucoa itens mas atendeu nossa necessidade. Banheiro pequeno mas limpo. Dificuldade na comunicação informação nao clara, fomos orientados a estacionar o carro na frente e fomos multados. O lugar é longe de pontos de transporte . Andamos bastante

Would caution anyone wanting to stay here. Confirmed my booking 3 weeks prior to our stay and indicated the time of our arrival as requested by the property owner. When we arrived, we were unable to get in contact with the property owner to let us in. Eventually, we were messaged back and were told that since we hadn’t confirmed we were at high risk of losing the booking, despite the fact that we had already paid and confirmed our booking. We were told that we were lucky the owner was close and could let us in. We were promptly charged a cash tourist tax for 2 nights, a significantly higher tax than we were charged at any other hotel we stayed during our trip. We were told that if we didn’t pay we would lose our booking. The property cleanliness and conditions were okay.

Not worth the cheap price tag. As other reviews have mentioned the room was in a basement with a very damp and mouldy smell. We communicated our check in time yet still had to wait 30 minutes to be let in. The aircon is very loud, there is a problem with the toilet and there is a lot of mould especially in the corner of the bathroom. I don’t think the place is appropriate to rent.

Es un sótano, por debajo del nivel de la acera. La casera india es muy antipática... Todo está muy viejo y se estropea constantemente. Está muy oscuro((( La ubicación está bien. Una noche como máximo.

Probably the smallest noisiest room have ever stayed at in 74 years. The noise from others was non stop all night long. No reception desk to complaints and no sign of any staff for the 3 days and nights we stayed. Do NOT stay there!
