The most fabulous Hotel! Roof top breakfast and cocktails are so spectacular.. Tje staff treats you like royalty , our room was a 10!! Will be back!!

Absolutely the best location, staff, and most comfortable hotel. It is small, chic, and quiet. The roof top was lovely for breakfast and relaxing with a drink. I will always stay at a Portrait hotel when I travel. I can not thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay in Rome.

The location is in the city center. The atmosphere is very private, the design is good, the breakfast is delicious. The service is very good. This is a very nice boutique hotel with high quality services!.

I had a great time at portrait rome. A few years ago, we had previously stayed here. Its such a wonderful jewel. Excellent location, wonderful beds, delectable cuisine, and beverages on the rooftop. The personnel are outstanding. Very accommodating and helpful. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking, especially at night.

The hotel is situated in the center of all of the designer shopping. Right next to hermes and salvatore ferragamo. Close to the Spanish steps about a 3-5 minute walk and a 13 minute walk to the trevi fountain. The location, service and room were excellent. I loved staying here for 5 nights. We could walk everywhere and had no problems. It also made shopping easy. We would shop, bring our bags back to the room and then go sightseeing.

We only spent one night at the portrait before our early flight the next day. I was tired from three weeks of exploring it and thought id just relax and get a good nights sleep. But i was revived by the portrait and its staff. Its centrally located next to the Spanish steps and right in the heart of the shopping district. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Riccardo at the terrace bar who made me my new favorite drink - the martagne and taught me how to make it. Alexis at the terrace bar who was very friendly and taught me the secrets to making a great carbonara. The rooms are very nice and spacious. They are partnered with ferragamo so we had lots of ferragamo goodies available to us during our stay. The terrace bar view is amazing! Finally, they had all the little touches that made you feel pampered during your stay. 5/5 would definitely stay again next time we visit rome.

We chose this hotel for our second trip to the city. For me, it all depends on the accommodation (cleanliness, upkeep, bed, bathroom, etc. ), but i will start with the staff. When i arrived i felt like i was entering someones house for a visit and the staff kept that feeling going. It was all about my partner and me. The staff are so well trained that they dont appear overtrained. They are always present without hovering. They are kind and engaging. They are polite and clear in their communication. I was the guest who wanted to play backgammon and three staff went on a hunt to find the board! The room was very comfortable and efficient from the decor to the bed to the layout. My partner described the hotel as posh. I saw opulence in the details. He already plans our next stay at portrait rom! We enjoyed the private rooftop terrace after dinner and for breakfast. Its very relaxing with many different conversation areas. Breakfast was buffet style with many options. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The evenings on the rooftop were great. Grab a lap blanket and a cocktail and go outside to enjoy the view. Can you see the steps? Any other landmarks? The night skyline is beautiful. If you can, take a flight or two stairs and view the photos. I loved the history! I cant remember the last time i wanted to stay at a hotel while traveling! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Ini adalah gambaran jelas tentang keindahan Roma yang akan tetap terlintas dalam benak saya selamanya. Namun, yang benar-benar membuat malam ini istimewa adalah perhatian khusus Riccardo, asisten tamu kami. Riccardo lebih dari sekedar asisten tamu. Dia adalah orang yang sangat berbudaya dan mengejutkan kami dengan pengetahuannya tentang dunia dan khususnya Jepang dan Jepang. We are returning to portrait Roma because this is our third trip to it. The most opulent hotel we have ever stayed in. The level of service is outstanding! Its starting to feel like a second home. The location is ideal for exploring attractions, stores, and dining options. We are grateful for providing us with an unforgettable experience and treating us like royalty. Cant wait to return.
