Personal muy amable, excelente buffet para desayunar. Hotel un pelín anticuado pero todo correcto. Está en lo alto de una colina, imprescindible moverse en coche, no me imagino subir allí andando con maletas. Vistas preciosas al Mar Jónico. La piscina sólo está abierta de 10:30 a 18:30 porque sólo se permite el baño si está el socorrista, con lo que se aprovecha poco si pasas el día fuera de excursión (lo habitual). Opciones para cenar por la zona (el restaurante Odissea que está justo enfrente es sencillo pero excelente, el personal es súper amable y el precio muy razonable) y en Aci Trezza (a pocos minutos en coche).

Married couple traveling in Sicily for nature and culture. President Park Hotel was an ideal base: good amenities, well placed for day trips, quiet and off the main tourist streets. Location: Secluded hilltop with beautiful views and no pass-through traffic. The garden pool was perfect for recovering after trips in villages and Mt Etna. Some criticize the placement; for us it was the perfect choice. Getting around: Sidewalks are missing or very narrow, and drivers rarely yield—roadside walking is unsafe. Plan on using hotel shuttle, taxi/Uber, rental car, or bike. Nearby: a small grocery and Odyssey restaurant (highly recommended; great food & service from Eduardo). Rooms: Upgraded us to pool view—spacious, good storage, balcony, nice bathroom. Mattress comfortably soft for Italy. Spotless daily room upkeep. Quiet, effective AC. Breakfast: Good quality and variety (eggs, sausage, cheese)—better than typical Italian hotels, though not a Northern European spread. Service: Friendly and helpful throughout. Limited English was fine; someone was always available when needed. The director even once drove us to a village; Fabiana arranged next-day Mt Etna pickup within hours, even late evening. Excellent service! Minor notes: Rooftop terrace/pool bar closed; lobby bar often unmanned. Our room adjacent to restaurant had occasional early-morning noise Overall we are very happy, we fully recommend it to like-minded travelers and would gladly return some other time! Thank you!

Wij verbeleven hier eind juni 2026. De kamer werd dagelijks goed schoon gehouden. Ook het zwembad is schoon. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker. Volop parkeergelegenheid, kortom, een uitstekend verblijf.

We stayed here the night befor flying back to the US. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they had a bar open during the day, as well as a dining room for dinner, and our rate included breakfast (although we had to skip breakfast to catch our early flight.) Only took about 30 minutes to Catania airport. Good alternative to staying in Catania.

Nickel. Nous avions une suite familiale sans balcon, mais on nous a vite proposé une solution. Hôtel très propre avec parking. Personnel de chambre très sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié et bon, verre en verre et non en plastique mais dommage en sous sol. Personnel à l’accueil parlant bien anglais.

Good service, friendly and very helpful for advice and recommandations from the staff. Breakfast is typical italian with a lot of sweets, coffee is very good and friendly staff at breakfast as well.

The hotel was great overall. The customer service was good. Our only complaint is that our room smelled like strong cigarettes. It was as if someone was smoking while cleaning. Towels, tissue paper, and pillow cases all as if we were breathing in ashtray. Aside from that, the view was great and the pool nice (minus an adult man that kept spitting in the pool!) The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was amazing and dinner very good. It was nice to get up and away from the tiny Italian streets.
