7th floor apartment was exceptional! Well appointed and amazing views of the city from 2 balconies! Great bfast included. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Quick walk to everywhere and mere moments from Monti which became our new favourite hood! Very highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay with a great breakfast to start your day. It is walkable to the Colosseum and many great restaurants a short distance from the hotel. The taxis are all outside your door for other sites like the Vatican.

Breakfast was excellent - in fact, our flight arrived at 7am and we were offered breakfast before we even checked in for the day. They held our luggage and we strolled to the nearby cathedral, returned by 10a and were allowed early check-in. LOVED the proximity to the train station, but not so close as to be touristy.

We arrived in Rome very early after a red-eye flight and even though we were there well before our check-in time, the woman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She got us into our room and offered us a place to hang out and grab breakfast while we waited. The room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again, this was such a nice, comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend!

I had room 414, which was a single room facing the inner courtyard of the property. The room was not the largest, however, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. There is a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, and a nice bathroom. Hairdryer and some toiletries were included and the water pressure and temperature of the shower are good. The mirror has a built in smaller cosmetic mirror, which was good for doing make up in the morning. The bed was comfortable, however, they do use memory foam pillows, which are fine for me but not for everyone. The room was very quiet though, so I slept well every night. The staff were also very friendly, with smooth check-in and check-out processes - they also arranged a bottle of wine in the room for me on arrival. Breakfast was of a good quality, with plenty of selection including cereals, sweet options, savoury ham and cheese, cooked bacon, eggs, and sausages as well as fruit and nuts. My only wish was that I could have eaten slightly earlier on some days, as the breakfast does not start until 7:30am, and I wanted to be out earlier than this. They do leave out the freshly made pastries for you to grab later on in the day if there's any left though, and you can get drinks from there throughout the day. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

Excellent location, the junior suite was very spacious with excellent view of the cathedral. The hotel is located on the 4th floor. The main floor entrance could prove a challenge for people with mobility challenges. Very good breakfast with 24 hour access to coffee and hot water for tea and bakeries.

I have never written a review for a hotel but felt that this property and the staff deserved one. This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in to the day we left 6 days later I have not 1 complaint. All the staff were excellent but I have to single out Christiana in reception and Silvia who prepared an excellent breakfast every morning for always going above and beyond. The rooms were quaint and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. If your on the fence, book the hotel. You won't be disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. What truly made the experience even better was the staff; everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Without a doubt, this is a place I would happily return to. We had an incredible stay at Princeps Boutique Hotel. We arrived earlier than our check in time, and the staff was super accommodating to ensure we got a room as soon as it became available. Christina promptly texted us as soon as a room became available and was so kind to give us both cappuccinos and Italian crossaints. We highly recommend staying here!

I stayed for two nights. The hotel was a short walk from the main train station and was easy to find. There was also a metro stop nearby. I walked around Rome and visited all the sights. There were also lots of good restaurants nearby. Hotel wi-fi was great. Room was nice, clean and quiet
