Jättebra område att bo i, så nära till restauranger, många sevärdheter, Vatikanstaten, Trestavere och mycket mer. Boendet i sig var bra, inget fel på rummen. Var dock ganska fuktigt i rummen på grund av AC, fuktigt i sängen och kläderna blev fuktiga. Väldigt lyhört men tog med öronproppar. Väldigt ljust inne i rummet för det var en springa mellan dörren sp ljuset från korridoren lyste in. Fick rulla en handduk och täcka så det skulle bli mörkare. Jättebra och vänlig service.

Staff was very helpful. Clean room. Pretty quiet besides the construction they were doing to the building we were not aware of. They were courteous and started after 8AM. Felt safe had codes on 3 different doors to get into room

Chambre conforme à ce qui était attendu,, confortable et bien équipée bien qu'un peu petite. Il n'y a pas de réception ce qui ne pose pas de problème si tout va bien. La chambre est au rez-de-chaussée et donne sur une rue très passante ce qui oblige à laisser les tentures fermées pour ne pas être vu par les passants et ne permet pas trop d'ouvrir la fenêtre.... C'est bien placé, dans le quartier historique, aussi bien desservi par les bus et très proche du Vatican , place Saint Pierre à 10 mn à pied.

The room was a good size, great bed, very high cleanliness..But it was like living in a cellar because the room was beyond ground level in the end with windows facing the crowded road and pavement running along the Tiber. Besides there was a busstop right outside and a scaffold with working m/f

Close to the Vatican or Rome downtown but there was no-one available for the check-in. We scheduled check-in at 10am but no-one was available until 11am.

Great location. The building is non-descript and you wouldn’t know it was a hotel. There is no front desk, lobby or even on site staff. Everything was done virtually. Check in worked well despite this. The room was nice, although on the smaller side. The air conditioner was broken and without it the airflow is quite poor. There is only one window and it’s not in the bathroom (which is basically a glass box). This created a bit of a damp smell. The staff are quick to respond but didn’t really have any solutions. Very basic overall. Not what you would expect from a traditional hotel.

Baño súper pequeño, cabe solo la mitad del cuerpo, la regadera no sirve, el agua se sale de la regadera hacia el cuarto, muy húmedo y sin ventilación, no tienen recepción, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, la base de jabones en la regadera casi se cae y está pesado porque es de cristal. No volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar tampoco lo recomiendo

El cuarto que me tocó era muy pequeño con la regadera a la vista, además yo ya había hecho el pago con ustedes y al llegar a Roma me dijeron que no estaba el cargo y me cobraron de nuevo, días después me dijeron que me harían el reembolso y hasta la fecha no lo han hecho

Air conditioning didnt work. Stayed 3 nights. 40 degrees! Said they could not do anything. Took them more than a day to answer. It was terrible
