Excellent host! Clear instructions for late check in. Good location. Enjoyed the self-serve breakfast. Spacious room that included bunk beds for the kids, effective air conditioning, nice bathroom with large shower and bidet. Will stay here on our next visit. Grazie!

Very accommodating and friendly. My whole group was super satisfied with the rooms and thought the staff was really kind. The hotel is on the second floor. There is a tiny elevator but it wasn’t working when we went, so just keep that in mind if that affects your party.

Re Monti Guesthouse exceeded our expectations! The staff was professional & helpful. The communication with staff was great especially since they spoke English. It made our stay a lot easier! The room was clean, large & comfortable. The beds, linens, and towels were good quality and made our stay comfortable. The location was amazing! We could walk to the Colosseum within 15 minutes. There were many amazing restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Our favorite Gelateria was just down the street and there were many souvenir & mini-marts within a 5 minute walk. The train station was within a 15 minute walk. The daily breakfast was delicious & filling. We had a wonderful stay at Re Monti Guesthouse and highly recommend them when in Rome!

帰りの空港までのハイヤー手配や説明など丁寧にしてくれて助かりました。朝早くのチェックアウトでしたが、鍵をデスクに置いて出ていく程度で少し笑いましたが、問題なかったです。朝ごはんもセルフでしたが、パンやヨーグルト、ジュース、コーヒーなど一通りの物はあって良かったです。

Excellent location, walking distance from many monuments. Great service, host contacted us when needed. There's no hotel sign on the outside, instead, look for the building number.

Nice hotel in a great location to see the sites of Rome. Roberta was great giving us recommendations on sites and restaurants which were all good. She was really helpful and available at any time. A really good host. Next time in Rome we will stay there again.

Inn is conviently located near bus and train stations ( 10 minute walk ). The location was excellent, was within walking distance of many attractions. Roberta provided several excellent recommendations in regards to sights and places to eat. Roberta was fabulous as she treats her guests like family. Great breakfast and i would highly recommend staying here.

Nice, rustic Italian Inn. Friendly staff that really cares that you are happy. Great location near train terminal and metro station. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed staying there.

部屋も広く、設備も新しくかなり良かったです。場所は外に看板が出ていないためわかりにくいですが、建物のネームプレートを見て、ブザーを鳴らせばOK。到着予定を伝えておくほうがいいです。24時間フロントではないです。セキュリティは、部屋、inn、建物と三箇所で鍵が必要なので安全。朝食は、簡単ですが、焼きたてのパンなど出ました。何よりオーナーの人柄がいいです！おすすめです。

fue una maravillosa experiencia por que me sucedio lo que nunca imagine, mi vuelo se retraso y llegamos alrededor de las 02:00am, al hotel y a pesar de que no esta nadie en recepción tuve la fortuna de encontrar a una persona que amablemente llamo de su celular al encargado y nos abrieron para mi esto fue maravilloso porque iba con mi abuelita y no sabia que hacer. Por otra parte la antencio fue muy buena nos atendio una muchaca muy bonita y aunque no hablaba español ni ingles nos atendio de maravilla en genaral fue en buen viaje.

I couldn't contact the property in advance because I lost my phone. But, they had someone waiting at the reception desk even if it was slightly past their last check-in time of 8 pm. I did have some trouble in locating the Hotel as it is a bit inconspicuous. It is one the 3rd floor of a tall building on the main street and you will find 'Chocolat inn' written on one of the buzzers next to the front door that you need to press to be let in. But once I got in, the stay was pretty smooth. The guy at the reception gave me all the tips of where to eat and visit. Also, the breakfast in the morning is made fresh and was pretty yummy. They let me store my bag with them even after I checked out which was great. Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

Great place! had the best capucino ever made by Roberta herself, she's an angel, she helped me with my flight reservation call, and documents printing, all with a smile. And offered me to keep my bag while I was visiting Rome for my last day. Safe and comfy place, and location is perfect.
