Well located in the heart of Prati, close to bus stops which make all of Rome easily accessible and Lepanto metro is about 10 minutes away. Great local restaurants next door a opposite, and the Beer Time pub a 5 minute walk. Accommodation first class with mini kitchen in reception area. Coffee, cake and biscuits free. All the staff were helpful and made our holiday special

A great location especially for the Rome Open Tennis. We were able to walk, it took 30 minutes. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. There were restaurants very close that were excellent! My only suggestion is putting a picture of the front entrance on the hotel web site so people would know what to look for. It is not a traditional hotel. Again staff was awesome.

Mycket trevligt litet hotell. Aningen svårt att hitta entrén då det ligger i ett "vanligt" hyreshus när man väl hittade rätt så tänker man inte på det men personalen väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Rummet var rent och snyggt och läget perfekt med gångavstånd till sevärdheter och restauranger. Rekommenderas

This was beautiful well maintained property, with a staff the that went above and beyond helping us as first time visitors to Italy (special thank you to Emily who actually contacted restaurants for us to find out if they offer gnocchi, which my wife really wanted to try while in Rome!). We would easily stay here again on our next trip!

Location was great, within walkimg distance of Vatican City and close to the metro and bus stops. We were given a map of where to go with lots of information of tours etc. Room was adequate and very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. There was a slight issue with hot water but that was soon sorted out. Emily was very helpful, and addressed any questions we have really quickly.

The location is great is you want to be close to the Vatican. Lots of coffee places and restaurants close by. Lepanto Metro station is very close. Location Location Location and price !

Emily greeted us on arrival and was very helpful, the room was very clean and had a lovely shower room. The area was safe and we had a choice of restaurants after a long day of site seeing around the city. I would definitely stay at this guest house again.

These rooms are in Prati, a walkable, family neighborhood in Rome. Our room was very clean, well-laid out, and appropriate for our needs. The manager Emilie was so helpful! Below, we enjoyed breakfast at the corner cafe and ate dinner at an excellent restaurant across the street. We would stay here again! Especially for the affordable price, these rooms are excellent. I rated 4 stars for comfort as the space allowed for a bed and desk, but overall, our time here was safe, easy, and met our needs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. We were greeted on arrival and given some instructions about the building and insight of Rome. It's located close to public transportation and walkable to nearby landmarks. Would recommend.

Good location close to the Vatican City, restaurants and public transportation. Nice and friendly staff. Overall was great, the room was clean and nice, my only advice is that the pillows need to be change they are hard but maybe is just me. The lady in the front desk was ver helpful. Thank you.
