We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Relais Badoer. The staff was very attentive and responded to all my messages within 24 hours leading up to our trip. Stefania was so accommodating! The room and terrace were wonderful. The only 2 cons were the lack of vanity space in the bathroom and the hot tubs were very dirty and thetefore not usable. As a hot tub owner myself, I could tell the filter wasn't running regularly and it hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Kaiki toimi, kuten sovittua. Taxit mennen tullen lentokentälle. Erittäin siistit huoneet ja siivous joka päivä. Aamiainen oli mitä sovittiin. 2 isompaa kauppaa 3 min. kävelyetäisyydellä, missä oli siis leivät leikkeleet, hedelmät, juomat ym. Ainoa miinus oli, että ei ollut minibaaria/ jääkaapia, mutta yöt olivat viileitä, joten viinin sai siellä pysymään kylmässä. Olimme 3 yötä ja täysi 10.

The room was clean and had everything we needed (though 2 coat hooks sonewhere would be great for our coats.) The bathroom had everything we needed including toothbrushes. The balcony was small but perfect to have a coffee or a wine. The view was beautidul. Stephanie was ao helpful.

La señora que nos atendió es SÚPER amable, hace todo lo que puede para hacerte sentir cómodo, el desayuno rico, vistas super bonita, la terraza está espectacular, el cuarto acondicionado cómodo y remodelado, sin duda recomendable. Sobre todo la señora de recepción, es muy linda.

Samantha was such a joy. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. The room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof and the balcony off of our room. The location is central to the best attractions and food, highly recommend Trastevere for the food as it’s only a short walk. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family,

Location is top notch! View is fantastic, great views from balcony and rooftop terrace. Room was not the biggest, but the balcony felt like an extension of the room, so it felt much larger when you have the balcony door open. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was the room smelled a bit damp when you first enter, but it did not bother us since we always have the balcony door open for the view.

I would absolutely stay at this property again while in Rome. It was small and charming and perfectly located for easy walking to all the major sites. It also had a bus and taxi pick up within a block. It was a quiet area at night so it wasn’t loud or disturbing ever. Highly recommended the balcony suite! My only feedback was that I had requested a shuttle for airport pickup and drop-off and they didn’t follow up on the drop off so we had to order our own taxi the night before for a 7am flight out. They did give a prompt response and apology when I did make them aware of this oversight, so I would just recommend triple confirming with them if you need an airport shuttle.

Fantastic location. Very central and easy access to Rome. Super service. Best experience ever for us. Room was perfect with lovely balcony. Roof top shated terrace as well with jacuzi. Perfect venue. Breakfast served to ghe room each morning was great. Fantastic croisant with crema ❤️ An amazing stay for us. Thank you.

On arrival we were a little concerned with the 5th floor location but were happy to see a lift (very small) but very reliable to take us to the hotel reception on level 5 where we were greeted by Josiah and Patricia who made our stay amazing. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient and very tasty! We had breakfast every morning on the terrace where the view was outstanding and breakfast arrived on time everyday of our stay. Room was small but adequate for a short stay (3 nights) and very clean.

Guest rooms were clean and tidy- with Josua and Stefanie extremely accommodating. We had 2 rooms and both had air conditioning. Josua and Stefanie helped with tips for sight seeing to luggage storage. The terrace is a nice perk too, everything is in walking distance. There is also a lift available to take luggage and yourself if you wish to the 5th floor.
