We stayed here for four nights and are very satisfied with the accommodation. The accommodation is really private and it is not a hotel, but rather a guest house in an apartment building. I felt very secure and secure in that way. Perfect location! There is a fantastic pizza restaurant just across the street and a fantastic gelato place about 300 meters away. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back here again!.

The location is great, as is the Church of Christ. They have automated doors, this place has a quiet place and no sounds and the entrance door is noisy. They are really clean and cozy.

The rest is history. We had a good time and will return, but we would go elsewhere for breakfast. This is a very comfortable four-night stay in this small hotel. The rooms are very lovely and clean, the bathroom with a jacuzzi bath was nice but the bath took forever to fill, I would have preferred to have a shower as well as the bath, the beds were very comfortable, and the reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is not marked from the outside, so we had some difficulty finding it upon arrival. Finallly, the building porter pointed us in the right direction, but then, we found the hotel door was locked and had to phone the number on the door to get access. Breakfast was provided in a french cafe across the street, it was very basic coffee, croissants, and orange juice, they had no gluten free option, and the hotel had placed the wrong date on one of our vouchers, it was only a day out but they refused to accept it and were very rude, as it was early in the morning there wasnt anyone at the hotel reception and when we tried to explain this, they were very aggressive and said they don't speak English and couldn't understand, eventually we were able to relay that we would resolve it with the hotel, the hotel receptionist basically just changed the date with a pen and they accepted it no problem, it seemed a lot of fuss for

Its a bizarre location but the people are lovely. We struggled to find the hotel because there was no sign and then struggled to park but the staff showed us where to park once we found the hotel. Its 4 rooms on the second floor of an apartment block. Rooms are nice size, beds are really soft and room needs blinds as the curtains are not very good. Rooms have Amazon Prime and Netflix accounts so it was a nice touch. Rooms are noisy though. Hotel is in a great location to see all the sights. The coliseum was the furthest, about a minute walk away. We didn't have breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants in Rome, just stay away from the restaurants in the tourist area.

The hotel is in a great location close to the treat fountain and Spanish steps. There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel, great for stocking up on water etc. There is also a lovely pizza restaurant across the street that is reasonably priced. We stayed in room I and it was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, as well as a very comfortable bed, which is always a bonus. The cot for our 17 month old daughter was perfect, with a comfortable mattress and was very clean. The only issue we had was figuring out how to use the shower! But we eventually came to an agreement. Would recommend this hotel!.
