Fomos muito bem atendidos, ficamos muito bem localizados, próximo à Estação Roma Termini, e pudemos fazer o checkin antecipado, o que nos ajudou bastante. Acomodação limpa, conservada e muito espaçosa.

Hotel is a very easy walk from the main train station. Rooms were very clean. The view from our room looked down upon the street, but it was very quiet. There’s a grocery shop just around the corner by the station. Walking to the colosseum or popular tourist sights is about 20-30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would book again.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and look exactly as they were pictured which I found was not the case for a lot of other hotels around their price range in Rome. A few of the reviews talk about the hotel area for us it was the perfect area and we felt safe walking around in the evening. About a 20 min walk to Colloseum and then 10/15 mins further on for other tourist areas. We got the leondardo express from the airport to Roma termini and the hotel is just a 3/4 min walk from there. The two men we dealt with at reception during our stay were great (sorry I don’t know their names) and very accommodating. The hotel has a terrace upstairs that you can get the keys for if you want to sit upstairs for a drink for a change of scenery when it’s warm out. For us in the UK the elevator in the hotel was daunting and we were apprehensive about using it but it worked perfectly and was safe, walking past other hotels in the area we seen they all have the same sort of elevator so must be common. Overall we had a great stay at Marco Polo, the room was beautiful and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Trevlig personal, skön säng, fint och rent rum. Ligger nära Roma Termini med bra gångavstånd och kommunikationer till allt. Kommer bo här igen när jag är i Rom!

El hotel está remodelado y bonito, además queda muy cerca la terminal de tren y metro (como a cuadra y media) por lo que es buena opción para poder desplazarte fácilmente a los lugares turísticos. El único detalle que veo es el elevador, es pequeño y antiguo pero supongo que es porque quisieron respetar los detalles de antigüedad del edificio.

The location is prefect for who catching train around, only 5 minutes to central station. The room is spacious and clean, newly renovated with kitchennaid in the public area, and offered welcome cake everyday for clients. Specially the friendly and knowledgeable staff, detailed map out all attractions, make the journey much easier and pleasant.
