We were curious about this place as a drink stop but there are many nicer places with more soul, character and reasonable priced drinks. 4 euros for tea served in a cylinder with a coupon for a tyre is quite a price to include standard service.

We booked for a week's ski holiday on January 22. This hotel is in a great location right next to the gondola. We got excellent food. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were all excellent and served to the highest standards. All the staff are gratified. The entire service was excellent, a lovely, well-run, and welcoming hotel. The fantastic pool and spa are the best places to calm your worn out muscles after a day of applying paste. I forgot to mention Marcel's cocktails.

The hotel is a stunning and popular place for hiking, skiing, or climbing a mountain by gondola. We visited in mid-june, but despite being on the main road, it isn't noisy. In an hour's drive, you will discover a variety of stunning locations. The personnel is really welcoming and helpful. The food is absolutely superb. We stayed there for seven nights, and every meal is varied and extensive. They may have a theme to make dinner more intriguing, such as live music. Fruit is excellent and freshly made. The jacuzzi and heated outdoor pool face a stunning, large mountain. There are enough seats for everyone. Overall, we had a great time. It's a slice of paradise for us. I wasn't going to leave.

This magnificent and successful hotel has received many favorable evaluations, particularly regarding its superb, roomy spa area and excellent restaurant that provides timely and effective service. However, our accommodation was unfortunate. A tiny, dark space with a micro window in one corner, with no view whatsoever, was situated in the corner. Certainly not in line with expectations. It was not great enough, but in addition, the room was in the direction of a very noisy lift, comparable to the kind you might anticipate in a twostar hotel in new Delhi, but not in a quite opulent hotel in downtown, in my opinion. This lift is undoubtedly utilized frequently, and we can assure you that this is one that most accommodations are not representative of, though its a shame that such a lovely and expensive location is planning to make profit from any unsuited corner. This room should not be rented. Therefore, you should probably go there and have fun, but steer clear of room 122, most likely 22, 322, etc.

The hotel is situated in the center of a beautiful valley in the midst of Sodomites, right next to the cable car and the hiking trail. We had corner rooms with glass doors to the cable car, but the room was so quiet that we weren't aware of it. Despite the hotel being full of guests, there was complete calm and quiet in the entire hotel and its surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they met all our demands. As a surprise and to our total satisfaction, I placed an order for flowers in my wife's room. The hotel has a modern and roomy spa with fantastic amenities. We stayed at the hotel for six days, so we didn't even get to try everything. The cool pool in the sauna and the cave relaxation area with water beds are the best of all. There was both an indoor and outdoor pool. Throughout the weeklong stay, many accompanying activities were held. We were delighted, and we immediately reserved a stay to celebrate the new year.
